Adrian arrived to give me an estimate and then came back the following week to perform the work. They did an excellent job, allowed for two days, work was completed in one. They cleaned up after they painted and I really had to do nothing but come home and admire the great job. The price was very fair. They painted my hallway with high celings, using different colors for wall and trim.

Very quick with estimate and the estimate was fair. They are very fast and friendly and easy to work with. I will use them again.

Wonderful experience.

Lenny and Rudy arrived on time- 9 AM. They immediately started the prep work-covering furniture, patching holes, removing switch plates, laying down painter's cloth. They moved so fast that by noon, they had the ceiling finished and 1 coat on the walls. The whole job was completed by 4 PM . Lenny had me inspect his work and made any corrections. Lenny and Rudy cleaned up and were out before 4:30 PM.

Went well. Took two days. They showed up at 9:00am as promised and left midafternoon each day. Adrian Armijo (owner) and Rudy were the two painters. They covered everything well to prevent splatters. As they went with their work and after they were "done", we did inspections and they very willingly redid a few areas with more coverage needed. I was very pleased with the job and felt like I got my full money's worth. It looks great! I gave them a paint setup space in the garage which they protected with drop cloths. They moved the furniture to the center of the bedroom and covered it with plastic. Covered the carpet with drop cloths (Some of these were pretty sandy, They really should have shook them outside beforehand) TWO THINGS TO CONSIDER: 1. The only things they typically remove beforehand are electrical switch/outlet plates. They prefer to "cut in" (close paint with their brushes) around door handles, fan bezels, and heat registers. I prefer removal of these beforehand so I did that and reinstalled them myself. As to the "cutting in" quality around hardware and other paint surfaces, they are obviously very good at this. If you want more removed than electrical plates, work added cost out beforehand with them or plan to do it yourself. Of course, you may think removal of these is not necessary. 2. Adrian will bid labor only with owner supplied paint or will bid both labor and paint/material cost. I had him bid it with me providing the Home Depot Behr paint (I highly prefer Behr Paint). Problem was that he and especially Rudy OVER estimated the amount of paint needed. Had several gallons left over with three unopened at all. SO ... save your receipts so you can return unopened white paint gallons and go one gallon less than they say for custom color mix and plan to run to the store if it turns out they really do need it.

Working with them was a great experience. We got three estimates and theirs was by far the most reasonable. They were very professional. The job was completed in three days and now our house looks great.

They were very good. I got 5 estimates and they were the best.

My husband and I are seniors and tried to paint a house we were going to put on the market for sale. Due to various physical conditions, we realized we could not finish painting the house or woodwork trim to look like it was professionally done. We interviewed five painters one week, and then we chose Lenny's. Lenny gave us an estimate on the spot within 20 minutes, and began the work the next day. He and his assistant were conscientious, careful and thorough, and on time. Lenny and Rudy were very personable and sincere. The painting had to be done and dry before new carpet was installed, and it WAS---several days early.

Adrian arrived early and went straight to work. He prepped everything and painted using three different colors and did a fabulous job. He tidied up after himself and left the place neater than it was when he first arrived. He was friendly and professional, and very trustworthy. I left him alone several times and never worried about anything. He did a top quality job for about 2/3rds the price of others. I highly recommend him.
