Ms. Quintana was always available for questions that I had, and always provided a knowledgeable response. The re-finance process moved along in a very timely manner. My complete re-finance took approximately 30 days and all documents were submitted through a secure portal. I found Ms. Quintana in stark contrast to the online Mortgage agencies with respect to professionalism and customer service. From our initial conversation, Ms. Quintana asked questions about how I would like the loan structured, offered advice on topics where needed and solicited, all while promoting the notion that she was not just in it for the business, but wanted to make sure that my needs were met to the absolute best of her abilities. In the future I would not hesitate to recommend Ms. Quintana and Legacy Mortgage to my friends, acquaintances, or colleagues as an organization that are conscious of the customer’s needs, and realize that they are important.
