Mr. Chavez is a Microsoft A+ certified technician and works full-time as a computer repair person for a local community college. He does part-time repair out of his home. I met him at a mutually-convenient location (the Eubank Costco parking lot) and gave him my machine, at the same time explaining my problem. Lawrence restored my machine to working order in just four days--he estimated it could take up to a week. The machine works perfectly and there were absolutely no extra charges. I know a bit about computers and my limitations when they need repair. I have complete confidence in Mr. Chavez' skill as a technician.
Description of Work: Desktop computer crashed after it was turned off while being worked on by an inexperienced user. I could not restore it, even using safe mode.
