+ -1 moreThis provider was unresponsive with everything especially with service requests. The Prop manager did not give timely feedback to the requests I made, and rarely followed through with the requests including an issue we had with our a/c unit not working which we had inspected personally and was a fire/safety hazard. We checked in with this issue for over 6 months and it never got fixed. They are currently out of business and when they did there was no warning to us until the new prop man reached out to us. I would never give this provider my business in any fashion.
Description of Work: This provider was the property manager for the property that I was renting as a tenant.

+ -1 moreI am a 60 year old retried Navy Vietnam Veteran. Due to the neglect mold has formed and has severely compromised my health. Despite repeated mold from me that there was mold and needed to be fixed. The landlord refused to services us because we were a gay married couple. She shows up unannounced and charges for maintenance but does not notify me of the charges which is illegal in this state. Future tenants should be aware of mold and harassment from the property manager. Occasionally refuses to communicate with tenants by phone, email, or mail. Has violated many New Mexico real estate laws and should lose her license. This company has two faces and both of are ugly.
Description of Work: neglected to provide the proper services and let mold form in the home.

+ 0 more,Because the property owners (and us/as tenants) are tied up in a one year contract, we will have to put up with the unprofessional property management company for another 9 months. I had come across many bad reviews of Lane Properties of NM on the internet before moving in, but we decided to move forward out of necessity. We absolutely needed a refrigerated air conditioner system versus an evaporative swamp cooler, and it was the only house on the market that we could find with that set up, so we took a leap of faith. We have certainly learned our lesson. It pays to do the research and then make the right decision based on that research/review. If I had the opportunity to walk away from this contract with Lane Properties of New Mexico, I would do it in a heart beat.
Description of Work: The staff at Lane Properties of New Mexico is so friendly at the beginning of the process, but once the contract is signed, matters take a turn for the worse. Lane Properties has been less than professional in the handling of an air conditioner issue which to date, remains not fully addressed. They have also failed to carry out an irrigation drip system repair to both the back and front yard. I finally had to write the property owners to inform them of the property management's lack of response and rudeness. Gayle, the office manager, has only one interest and that is to protect the property owner from any house-related expense. Once repairs started to come about, Gayle was the only one to take my call and question my request and then never follow-up. As a result, I would have to follow-up on my own, and that's when she became impatient and rude.

+ 0 moreThis company is great at what they do. I am very pleased with the staff that works for Lane Properties. They really took care of all my needs. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a reliable property management team. I will definetly be using this company for any of my future needs.
Description of Work: They got me the best price and the best service on getting my rental house's carpets cleaned. There staff is very friendly and helpful in dealing with any issues that arise. I also needed Pest Control done on another rental house and they again found me the best service and price. I am very happy with this company and plan on using them again.
