I was encouraged when I read such good reviews on Angie's list. I called and set up a time to have an estimate done on the work. Very professional over the phone and then just as professional on the day of the estimate. Arrived on time and talked through the process. He said I would receive a quote the next day. I waited five days and finally called to see why I had not yet received a quote. Apologized and said it would be to me in another day or two. Four days later, still no quote an the estimate. I made another call directly to the main office, but as it was a Saturday there was no answer. I left a voice message as well as sent an email asking to get the quote on the estimate. I was thinking there was a mistake in my email address. It is now Wed and I have received no communication from the company. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The reviews were so favorable and the professionalism I was looking for was spot on...until this point. Not sure what happened.... I am marking would hire again as a yes as I want to give this highly rated company an opportunity to make my situation right.

Land M responded promptly. Gave good advice on replacement options. Came down $100 to match an estimate I had from another provider. Quite satisfied with the quality of the installation (and I'm picky).

1st service was on time and done in a timely matter. Did have one issue with one window. There was one attempt to repair that window but that did not work. The final window correction and stucco correction took several months to get corrected. That part was disappointing. It was finally made right.

They showed up appropriately. Vince, the estimator, didn't make any notationsgave me ideas of what they would do. They would be sending the bid via email and it never came. I finally called them and the individual who answered the phone would remind Vince, but again the email was never sent to me and I have never heard from this since.

They came out right away and were very helpful. They did a great job and gave us quality material. They did the work fast and were very reasonably priced too. I also think they gave us the best warranty.

They started on time and went back and forth between both homes. Total process lasted 8 days total. They were polite cleaned up after themselves. No hidden costs.

I WAS REALLY SATISFIED WITH HOW MY WINDOWS LOOKED AFTER L and M WINDOWS INSTALLED MY NEW WINDOWS. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY ALSO GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY.

THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE WITH THE WINDOW. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DID.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I DO FEEL THAT THEIR PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS REALLY WORTH IT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

I LOOKED AROUND AND L and M HAD THE BEST PRICES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY GAVE ME A TIME FRAME OF ONE DAY, AND THEY FINISHED THAT DAY.
