So initial contact went great! He came in twice to spray for bed bugs and I was satisfied. Then like 8 months later, I noticed bed bugs in the guest bedroom. I emailed him immediately. Only made contact with him the following day because I called him. He mentioned he got my email and that he would try to fit me in the following week. Never called. Never texted, never emailed me. I texted him that following Wed and asked how it was going and if he could come. No. Response. I thought, ok, be patient. I was and STILL nothing so I sent an email asking if he forgot, is he busy, does he just not want to do business with me anymore?? Again, NO RESPONSE. My family owns some property in ABQ and I used him going off the recommendation of my family. I initially asked if the service he provided was still good (meaning his guarantee which he reminded me was 90 days) and he said no. I was fine with the price but did remind him who I was because he seems confused as to who I was, but I STILL think he thought I was trying to get the service for free because he said something to me like, "Because I know your family, I will come." Not sure what he meant but ok? I am deeply disappointed because he was initially professional and courteous but the second time he basically is refusing to come to my house. I will pay $1,000 I JUST WANT THE BED BUGS GONE, so now I will have to call someone else.

Mr. Wright is very courteous and professional. He carefully outlined options for chemicals and had options for those with pyrithrin allergies! Never had such great care taken in pest control service. Have used them for years (4) and will continue to always.
