This keeping is just breath taking, I contacted other companies and they were telling me work was going to be around 2 weeks, and of course i didn't even ask how much it it was going to cost so I logged on to homeadvisor they sent me Kleanforce info and OMG Gary was out the next day and the job was completed within 30minutes. Beautiful. Highly recommend.

I contacted Home Advisor who sent my name through to Kleanforce immediately. Actually I was still on the computer going through your site when the phone rang and it was Gary of Kleanforce. I couldn't believe it! This was on 3/30 and he went to inspect my mobile home on 3/31 and called me on 3/31 to tell me the results of his inspection. He now has to send it to the lab to get a definite reading on the kind of mold I have. I couldn't have asked for a quicker response nor a nicer person to contact me (Gary). I don't have the work started as yet pending the lab report but if the rest goes the way the first part of this has gone, I will be ecstatic!! I was unable to complete two questions because the project has not been started nor do I know how much it will cost. Because I couldn't submit this leaving these two questions unanswered, I have rated them with a "5" because if the rest of this project goes the way it has started, they will get a "5". You need to have a circle that indicates the project has not started.

We were contracted with Cerl for a home inspection. Do not use them. They are not accredited and do their own test. I would NEVER let them in my home! They tore apart our home and there was no bad mold! They are a nightmare!!!

They called within an hour or 2 of me filling out an application on line and had me scheduled the very next day for testing. They took our concerns very seriously. The samples were sent overnight to a reputable lab in Virginia and we had a very concise 7 page report the following day. These guys dont fool around. They know their business like you would want someone to know their business. VERY REFRESHING. They answered every question I had, took time, a LOT of time, to go thru the report and offered solutions and reasons for findings. They were expedient, professional, understood the sensitivity of the issue, were nonjudgmental and kind. I would have them over for dinner. ( once the place is cleaned up, of course) We are thankful.

Gary was by far the person who was very thorough in explaining step by step of what, how, and why he did what he did. We scheduled a time for the same day. He was prompt and very professional through the entire inspection. His customer service skills are superb. My husband and I felt that he really knew what he was talking about as he explained everything to us.
