 + -1 moreLast time they came by it was 5 years ago.? This time they came by this time and asked if they could come in.? I ended up buying one from one them.? It cost about $2100 but they gave me $300 on my old one which was 60 years old.? They do trade-ins on everybody.? This one is an upright model, it's not a canister, it's an upright but has a power assist now which my old one was all steel construction and was built like a tank and was just killing my back.? The others are aluminum now.? I give them an A down the thing because they were all real nice.? They miss-did they sale the way they charged it the first time but they went back and re-did the whole thing.? The price is high but you pay for quality. You can't mark it down because you know what you are going to pay for with Kirby.? You have to look at it as an investment you are going to use the rest of your life.
Description of Work: Kirby came by a few days ago, the 11th of this month to sell the vacuum cleaners.

 + -1 moreThey repaired the brush on the spot, took it apart, lubricated the brush and checked to make sure it was fixed. This was all done while I waited and since it was under 15 minutes, I was only charged $2.50. Both men were very helpful, professional and friendly. Will definitely go there again.
Description of Work: Repaired pet brush attachment for vacuum.

 + -1 moreThe technician identified the problem immediately, replaced the broken hose and had me on my way. $15 and 15 minutes later, DONE. Great service.
Description of Work: Took a vacuum in for repairs - it wasn't suctioning. They found the problem immediately, a broken internal hose.
