Uncertain on the exact date and price, but very sure that it was a GREAT price compared to other estimates given hence the reason we decided to proceed. Communication was prompt and timely. As was the consultation appointment and actual date of service. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Kiki was prompt, his rate was very reasonable, and he did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the service.

We purchased a vacant lot to build a new home on and PNM told us that the 25 foot pine on the NW corner of the lot needed to be cut down as it was obscuring the access to the electric stub. Also the lot had been vacant for many years and had many dead trees and a lot of trash and dead brush on it. We needed to clear all of the dead vegetation off of it as well as the only living thing, the pine tree, unfortunately. PNM gave us a price of $1000 to cut down the pine tree. I called a couple of providers on Angie's List and Kiki responded very quickly. He went to the lot and gave us an extremely fair price for removing the pine tree and all of the junk and debris on the lot. He and his crew did an amazing job! Our new neighbor was so impressed that he has hired him to do some work on his property as well. We are hiring him to do some more work on the trees here at the current house we live in in preparation for putting it on the market. Obviously we would hire him again, and we have!

Kiki and crew are professionals; courteous, knowledgeable, skillful, and thorough. They arrived on time, set up wooden barriers to protect my windows (due to the tree being so near to and overhanging my house), and carefully removed a very large Ponderosa pine. The chipper they had planned to bring had broken the day before, so they brought a large truck and loaded all of the extra dead wood I had (probably a lot more than they anticipated!), so there was no gap in service at all. The Ponderosa was cut into smaller pieces which I had the option to keep or have them haul away, and the stumps were ground down below the ground surface. Kiki advised me that two of my other trees needed pruning; both were rubbing up against the stucco and one was growing too close to a chimney. He trimmed them for me at no extra charge. Included in the price was also the removal of two dead Aspen stumps, which were located in a tight space next to the house and removed with a pick axe. When the cutting and hauling off was complete, they raked and removed all debris and used a leaf blower to clear patio areas. By the time they were done, you would never have guessed a major demolition had just taken place. Excellent work and very reasonably priced - I highly recommend them!

It was one of the best service teams we have used here in Albuquerque......great work, conscientious, worked efficiently and worked in some extra work while they were out ....so pleased.

Monday the 21st came and went. Mr Rodriquez never showed, and in the two weeks since he has never called. We think this is very unprofessional as well as rude, since we arranged our week specifically to be here on the agreed upon day. Kiki's Tree Service is scratched off our list. We don't know how he stays in business. In addition, we really don't understand why he has an A rating with Angie's List if this is how he runs his business. We'd give him an "F". And we'll get our tree trimming done by a competitor. We're disappointed this provider.

Wonderful experience. On time, and had a great crew. Cleaned up perfectly and were efficient. I would call them back, and I would highly recommend them to my best friend.

I called Kiki's Tree Service and am so glad that I did. We scheduled a time for the estimate according to my schedule. He was prompt. I told him what I wanted done, and he explained what he would do and why. Gave me the estimate. Kiki's Tree Service arrived early. Kiki and his crew positioned their equipment before the starting time. He let me know that he was starting and if I needed to go anywhere he would clear my drive way. When they started working on time. They worked fast and efficiently. They removed the dead limbs on the two trees, and cutoff the ones that were going wild. The Spanish Bloom was removed, roots and all. All the cuttings were removed as they worked. After they were finished, Kiki showed me what he had done. My front and back yard look 100% better. The price that he charged me was the same as the estimate. I will definitely recommend Kiki's Tree service to friends, co workers and neighbors and of course use his service again.

I would definitely recommend Kiki's Tree Service in the Albuquerque metro area. They recently removed some large dead branches and wood from a 60' tall cottonwood tree in my yard. They were careful, working to make sure no other landscape features were damaged, and their work was very professional, clean cuts on the tree, etc. I noticed that the worker making the cuts up in the top of the tree was not using pole climbing spikes and remarked about this to Kiki. He told me they only use the spikes when doing a tree removal. He said using spikes on a live tree would damage the tree and make it more succeptable to pests and problems. I doubt many other companies would take that kind of care. Kiki gave us a very fair price, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up the work area nicely when they were finished.

Kiki's tree service saved my house from extreme damage after a sudden storm this winter, which split, a 41-year-old Russian olive tree that was in the courtyard next to my house in half. The tree was approximately 50 feet tall. I was extremely impressed by the highly professional team work of Kiki and his crew. They totally averted any damage to my house and property. Kiki and his team are amazing. I had originally contacted him from MD, in anticipation of moving to my new home. He was very friendly and knowledgable. I wasn't sure what the trees were in my backyard and was worried that the roots of one of the trees could be destructive. He confirmed what I was thinking and took the time to educate me on the tree I had, what the roots could do etc. Kiki showed up with 2 of his staff, and they were very nice. I had originally asked him just to remove the 2 (Arizona Ash & Pinon) trees and large bush out front. While he was here, I asked how much he would charge to remove all of the dead rose bushes and dead bulb plants from the large flower bed in the backyard. I was quoted $125, which I thought was extremely reasonable. He also pruned the tree I was keeping in the front yard for free and w/o my asking! After he was done, Kiki and his team left everything as clean as can be. They even offered to put some of my old wood pieces in their wood chipper, so I wouldn't have to go to the dump. I will definitely use him again. A+++

After reviewing several tree services I chose KIKI's and I am so glad I did. Not only did he show up for my free estimate when he said he would, he also showed up on time for the tree service. He walked me around the yard, showed me what needed to be done, told me what should not be done right now ( trimming my apple tree ) and listened to what I wanted done. They came on time, completed the service faster than I expected and cleaned up every thing before they left. I was impressed by this company! Not only do I recommend them I scheduled them to come back in March to trim my apple tree. If only all companies were like KIKI'S ! ! !

We had a beautiful Ponderosa pine that was planted when the house was built 30 years ago. Unfortunately, the builder didn't plan for the future growth of the tree. Sadly, we had to have the tree removed. Kiki and his crew came on a Sunday and were very prompt. They were efficient and completed the job in a timely manner. It was a big, messy job but they obviously knew what they were doing. When all was said and done, you would never have known they were here. The debris was all collected and they raked the gravel back in place.

Aspen tree next to house blew over, resting against house. KiKi came over when requested to give estimate. He was running a little late, but called before scheduled appointment to let me know. Surveyed the situation, and although he indicated he was booked a couple weeks out, he said this had to be taken care of now, and scheduled to come back next day, in evening, to take care of it. He and co-worker used extreme care in seeing that no branches fell against roof, house, or adjacent shed. This included covering windows. Cleanup was thorough, and entire job took less than 2 hours. Net cost after Angie's List coupon was $360.....right about what I expected from reading the other reviews.

This is my second time using Kiki. He is very prompt and professional and personally supervises the job. Two of my neighbors came over while he was working and had him give them estimates as well. I would not hesitate to use Kiki again.

.Kiki arrived on time, got to work, and discussed the job as it progressed. He and his crew were careful, in areas where falling debris might damage my house, or my neighbor's, they took extra care. He removed additional branches from an encroaching neighbor's tree at no charge. He recommended several possible trees to replace the ones he removed, and had good advice about xeriscaping part of yard.

Kiki is a nice and knowledgeable tree service guy. He gave us a free estimate beforehand which was lower than the estimates I received from other tree services. He cut down five trees in our yard and did a beautiful job of it. He explained to us why one of our trees was dying (bark beetles). When he saw a dead bush in my yard, he offered to take that out, too, at no extra charge. When he and his men cleaned up the areas where they had worked, they left our property cleaner and neater than it had been before they arrived. He arrived on time and did the job quicker than I had expected. I highly recommend him.

We have used Kiki's Tree Service for many years. I think this is the fourth time he has done our trees. Always does an extremely professional job. He has a defininite feel for shaping trees so they look good and continue to grow well. Highly recommended.

I liked them a lot. The work was very good and I liked his expertise. I was a little bit nervous about taking too much or too little off from the trees, but he didn't do that.

Kiki came out and trimmed our overgrown tree in our front yard and cleaned up the three bushes. He also pruned a smaller tree free of charge. They cleaned everything up and even swept out our entryway! They were amazing! Great price, professional! Would hire and recommend!

Kiki's Tree Service removed a two-story elm from my front yard. The tree had been sick and was starting to fall apart. For starters, I was very impressed with Kiki's great communication. He kept in touch throughout the process and was able to schedule the removal very quickly, despite having a very busy schedule. Kiki and his crew worked hard and displayed great professionalism. They were skilled and careful with the tree removal and performed a very thorough clean-up afterward. They mulched the smaller portions of the tree and left us with nicely cut sections to use as firewood, as we requested. Kiki is very hands-on, he was there all the way from the estimate to the clean-up. They also did a wonderful job with grinding the stump. Very pleased with the whole experience.

He came on time and did what he said he would do, and more. He and his helper cleaned up after the work.
