KIKI'S TREE SVC

Kiki and his crew really enjoy what they do. They work well as a team and have fun while getting the job done. It may sound corny, but they were a real joy to have around. They showed up on time every day

Kiki and his team arrived exactly on time, we reviewed the scope of the job, and they completed it within about 5 hours. They brought a chipper and other equipment with them and, when the job was done, our back and front yards were clean.

We love Kiki!! Kiki and his team removed some mature elm trees (which are very invasive) from an apartment building we manage. They performed the work in one day and cleaned up pretty well before they left. Kiki guarantees his work and in my opinion goes beyond the stated guarantee. The elm trees are trying to grow back (the roots which are underground and distant from the tree trunks are sending up little trees to try and grow again), but we call Kiki and he comes out and sprays them with some sort of anti-elm tree magic spray in a bottle and they die off. It has been over a year since Kiki removed the trees and he continues to come out and spray for us. Kiki has told us to continue to call him out if and when the elm trees try to pop up again. Kiki and his crew arrived early. Kiki explained that the man lift might damage the underground sprinkler pipes and that they would climb and cut the tree instead. They placed protective covers over lighting in my yard and irrigation heads as well as plywood over windows and a gutter down spout since the tree was very close to my home. They were excellent in removing the branches so they did not fall on other plants or my house. They fed branches into a chipper and blocked the tree trunk and wheel barrowed it to the trailer. They cleaned the entire area with rakes and a leaf blower. Kiki cut the yucca down and blocked it into two man chunks. The other men loaded it into the trailer and then they again cleaned all residue including even removing a large pile of dead yucca and tumbleweeds I had made. They were quick, professional, and I was amazed how smoothly they did all the required work and more. They cut both down and cleaned the area better than before they arrived in an hour and a half. Thanks Kiki for a great job! I highly recommend Kiki and his crew for any tree, bush, or yucca work.

KiKi and his crew showed up on time. They were very professional. They removed a fallen tree, three tall dying trees, and two overgrown pine trees. KiKi gave the best estimate, and honored his Angie's List coupon. They completed their work in just three hours.

This is the second time we've used Kiki's; we'd had them come out a year or so ago to grind out a tree stump in the back yard. When I called, Kiki was able to come and give me an estimate within the week. It was spring and he was pretty busy, so it was almost a month before he could come out and do the actual trimming. We got a call the day before the appointment to confirm. On the day of, I got a call a couple of hours before the appointed time saying they had finished their morning job early and would be coming on over. I was away from my phone and didn't get the message, but my boyfriend was home so it was fine. When I got to the house they were already done; they had trimmed exactly the trees that we had discussed nearly a month before, and already done all the clean up. They even cut the larger branches into fireplace lengths and stacked them neatly on the pile of firewood at the side of the house. My only complaint was that they had trimmed one of the trees a little higher up than I would have liked, but they were able to give me a good reason for why they did, so I was OK with it. They did super work, left a clean work site, and were reasonably priced. Would happily have them do work for us again.

In a word, GREAT! We came home about 1:30 PM to find a large (8" diameter) limb that had split and was hanging off our 35' ash tree. I called several of the top rated Angie's List tree service companies. No one could even come look until later in the week and were scheduling work 2 or 3 weeks out. Kiki's asked were we are located and said they would be here within an hour. They showed on time, gave me a fair price, I agreed and they went to work on the split limb. After they finished with the limb I asked for a quote on interior thinning the mulberry. He said $35 and they could do it right then, By 4:00 PM every thing was done, cleaned up like nothing happened, and they were pulling out of the driveway. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Excellent!! Excellent!! Kiki was very responsive in providing a quote, offered great advice regarding tree care ,and he and his crew arrived to do the work exactly on the day and time he promised. They remove a dying Yucca and ground the stump level with the ground, and carefully replaced the landscaping that surrounded the Yucca. In addition, they trimmed all our trees to perfection, removed the debris, and left the area around the trees cleaner than they found it. Another notable bonus: Kiki noticed an old stump from a previous Pinon that had died and he ground the stump down below grade without additional charge His crew also trimmed some ash trees that were not in the quote--again without charging. Kiki and his crew were very efficient and skilled in their work. This is the most pleasant experience I've had with a service vendor in a long while. Kiki's Tree Service exceeded our expectations in all categories. I'm very pleased to be able, via Angie's list, to provide a positive review. If you are seeking tree services or Yucca removal, I highly recommend Kiki's Tree Service and I'm very conservative when doing reviews and providing positive recommendation. I know good service. Kiki's Tree Service met my standards.

I needed a tree removed on an urgent basis because plumbers discovered that a waste removal pipe underneath the tree needed to be replaced. The house water system was unusable until this repair was made. Kiki answered his phone right away on a Saturday, and agreed to do the work on Sunday. Based on his excellent Angie's List reviews, I hired him on the spot, as it did not seem likely I would be able to procure multiple bids on such urgent an urgent basis. To make matters more complicated, it was discovered that the gas delivery system also ran under the same tree. Kiki was very careful to make assessments so that the gas pipes were not disturbed, but still managed to remove the tree down to the base root. Kiki was very professional and courteous. After they removed the tree and stump, Kiki and his helper cleaned up the area thoroughly. Kiki's Tree Service will be my first call next time I need tree removal.

I gave the information about this provider to a friend of mine (Mary Sue). She asked me to add this review. She had a huge (15' tall) yucca in the corner of her yard that was now leaning on and over the wall dividing her and her neighbor's properties. It was actually about 3-4 ' over the wall taking up part of their driveway space. Kiki arrived on time for the free estimate. The other 2 companies she asked for estimates never showed up. One of them was Baca's Trees. This removal was scheduled for Friday 12-19. Kiki called and asked if he could do this on 12-17 do to weather issues and she agreed. When she returned home that evening she couldn't believe how great her yard looked without that huge leaning yucca. She couldn't even tell where the yucca used to be. It was as if it had never existed. He also ground down the stumps, put a root killer in and removed the volunteer plants that had popped up all over the yard. This was a wonderful experience.

when called he promptly came and gave an estimate (no charge). set up date within 10 days. came on time himself and four helpers. completed the work within 2 hours including full clean up. that was on a friday. when i ran the sprinklers the next time i noticed that one branch was not working. i called kiki and left a message at 10:00 am. he came that very afternoon about 4:00 pm checked the area of the stump removal. found the sprinkler line had been cut into while removing the stump. fixed it within 15 minutes. this kind of service with immediate response is to be recommended.

I have a number of properties and have used Kiki's Tree Service, as well as another top-rated competitor. Hands down Kiki is who you want to use. Not only are his prices better, but this is a company where the owner shows up at your door exactly when he says he will and is there at the end to make sure it's done right. He doesn't leave until you're happy. In my case they even cut the logs down to firewood size and stacked them on the side of my house. I asked if they could do this after Kiki gave me his bid and he didn't even suggest it would be extra although it clearly added to the job. I can't give this business enough stars. I wish everyone I dealt with gave this kind of no hassle, don't leave til the customer is completely happy service. And by the way, it was a huge tree, and they completely ground the stump down as well as some pretty big surface roots and you can't even tell there was ever a tree there! I'm amazed!

Excellent response. Gave me a reasonable estimate for dropping the tree, another for haul off, and a third for a couple of trees I thought I would remove myself. He allowed me to choose how much I needed him and how much I wanted to do myself. After the estimates and my evaluation of my sore back, I decided to let him do all the work. Crew of 5 showed up with three trucks and finished the work in under two hours including all clean up and haul off. Back yard looks better than it did before they showed up. Couldn't be happier.

We called Kiki on Monday. He came to our house on Tuesday morning and removed the tree that afternoon. He was very efficient and did an excellent clean up afterwards. Would definitely recommend his services.

They guys were professional, they came on time and cleaned up, they were extremely knowledgeable, and got a quote on the same tree and some companies would charge me $700 to remove the tree where they only charged $175

Arrived as scheduled with crew. All work was done within 1.25 hours. Trees look much better. Clean-up was exceptional and they even blew out leaves from my garage floor. Would definitely hire them again. Kiki even gave me some good pointers about how to care for the trees in the future.

The crew was surprisingly quick. They hauled away all of the debris. They left my yard in really good shape.

Very professional.Kiki and his crew arrived ontime and pruned two trees in my back yard. Then they removed a dead cactus plant in my front yard. They were here for about three hours and when they were done, they completly cleaned both areas. I was very happyl with their service and professionalism. I plan to hire them in the future for another project.

The crew showed up on time and did a great job safely taking down a large tree which was causing problems with cement in the neighbor's yard. The trees which were trimmed look much better. Hopefully I won't have to take down any more trees, but will definitely hire Kiki to perform future trimming work. The price was better than two other quotes I received for the same work and the overall quality including cleanup was excellent. While they were onsite, a few neighbors came over and hired them to do additional trimming and removal work the same day. The work done at those houses also looked great.

l They were late when arriving to do the work, and one hedge was cut too low. otherwise, everything went well. Mr. Kiki was easy to work with. I will hire him again.
