It went well. No surprises! And the price seemed very fair based on previous tree work I have had done!

They arrived early, did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Kiki is very personable, and a joy to work with. This is the second year I have used Kiki's Tree Service, and I will use them again next year.

He came out quickly to do an estimate for tree pruning and was very professional. We ended up going with someone else so did not end up using him.

Job was done well and I was very pleased with the work and crew. They trimmed the large tree all the way back to the property line and sent a clean up crew to remove all debris. They were able to work from my side of the property line so as not to disturb my neighbor.

Showed up when promised and did a good job and cleanup with a cheaper estimate than his competitors. Has good equipment, especially for stump removal. Guarantees work - came back in June 2017 to remove some cottonwood roots that had sprouted and even to haul off some wood we had originally had them leave because we mistakenly thought our son-in-law wanted it. Busy folks so takes some time to schedule followup warranty work. But remember, they get paid more to completely remove trees so be sure you want the tree removed because if you ask their opinion, they will recommend removal.

Couldn't even get an estimate. Called once, answered with "Hello". Asked if this was Kiki's and got "That's me.". Then was told to call back an hour later. When I did, no answer. Very unprofessional.

They were incredible! Super clean, efficient and friendly. Price was very reasonable compared to other estimates. Thumbs up!

In one word: impeccably! Kiki's crew was great and particularly excelled in pruning our 120-year old cottonwood. The work was done efficiently, professionally and with total care to our home and yard. They also went so far as to remove branches that could be safety hazards to us. And, on top of it all, they left our yard cleaner than when they found it.

His price (around $1500) beat the big name competition by two to three hundred dollars. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

Kiki and his team showed up on time, and did a great job in pruning/manicuring our two very large/mature trees. For very little additional cost, they manicured two additional smaller trees. Kiki took additional care (and pride) in manicuring our 35 year old Fruitless Mulberry. Wow, he did a great job! His team was very professional and friendly. They did a great job in cleaning up after they were done. We'll definitely have Kiki and his crew provide tree service in the future!

I called Kiki's Tree Service and Kiki agreed to come out right away (the other companies I called offered appointments several days away). Kiki explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate, which was very fair given the size and complexity of the job. Although he and his crew were booked for the month, they fit us in right away because of the power lines. The crew did an amazing job and were incredibly professional. After they were done, they cleaned up the space and you cannot tell the trees were ever there. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

This is the kind of person/company that I LOVE to do business with. Kiki promises what he will do, and does what he promises. Professional, punctual, cleaned up properly, and even allowed me to dispose of some other branches and pruning waste that I generated myself. The price was reasonable to the point where I didn't even get a second bid. This is the second time I've used him and will do so in the future as well!

Punctual, clean-up was excellent, much better price than competitors. Only competitor to ring door bell and verify which tree was to be removed. Only company to tell me that having utilities marked was important. We found out there was a gasoline buried under this tree! If someone had used stump grinder there, it would have caused a gas explosion with resultant property damage and possible loss pos life. Thank you again Kiki.

Kiki came out for a free estimate. He looked at the large tree I had growing around some power lines and said he could take it out, stump and all for $1200. He also said he could pick up 2 new trees from Plant World and plant them. That was $800. They were running a 10% coupon at Angies list at the time, and he accepted that off the total bill. The crew arrived on the agreed upon morning (4 trucks). It took about 4 hours. They did an excellent job taking the tree down and removing all the wood. The only thing left was sawdust. Kiki picked out 2 nice ash trees (about 10 or 12 feet tall) and planted those as well. They built up wells to help with the watering and let the water settle to make sure the trees were going to stay straight. Overall I was very pleased. The crew was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this business.

In addition to taking care of the huge dead tree, Kiki and crew took out a tree trunk left from a job done 3 years ago by another tree service. Kiki's team trimmed an old Russian olive. He included this extra work into the original cost of taking down the old elm. He and his workers showed when Kiki said they would, they (5 workers plus Kiki) were extremely careful (very safety conscience) and were very respectful to my wife and me. We highly recommend Kiki's Tree Service; A+ for all categories. We will ask Kiki to trim our pear trees later in the year.

I have tried a number of tree services over the last few years since my former tree guy left Albuquerque, and have always been disappointed with the results of those other companies. I had a tall juniper tree that was leaning over the cinder block wall, and was threatening to fall on my neighbor's home. I called Kiki and told him I had an emergency situation. He came over quickly. They skillfully and professionally removed the tree. After they were done, they cleaned up very well. You couldn't tell that the tree was ever there. I was really happy with their service. Strongly recommended!

Kiki offered the best estimate. I agreed to the estimate and set a date to have the tree removed. Kiki and his crew showed up at the agreed time and went right to work. Because of the tight space they had to work in they were careful not to damage either my home or my neighbors home. They cleaned up the area and hauled away the wood. I am completely satisfied with their work and would use Kiki again in the future.

They cleaned up and hauled away the debris left from their work. The crew made a decision to leave a very small stump and treat it with vegetation killer. When it sprouted, I called Kiki, and they came out and dug that stump up.

Had a very TALL tree on front of the house. Kiki came over gave me an estimate. I was great. The day of the service, he and his crew were prompt. I had other bushes about 6 of them on the front yard. wanted to know if he would have time to remove them. He said yes. Then I showed him the back yard. It also had several bushes and wanted them removed. His price was VERY reasonable. They cleaned up very beautiful! I hired him for another house that has a similar tree issue on the back. Indeed pleased with the quality of work he did.!

Kiki was one of three service providers that I called to get a quote to trim three trees and remove a stump. At our first meet Kiki pointed out the damage that two of the trees had already caused and explained how the damage would accelerate as the trees matured. My main objective was to get a stump that was along the house removed prior to having new stucco put on the home. Because of my budget I chose to have the stump grinded down below ground level instead of removed so I could have the two evasive trees removed instead of pruned. The stump was no easy task. Other tree service companies either passed on the job or didn't return my calls after sending them pictures of the stump. This was an old locust tree that had been planted next to the house and had grown along the foundation. The stump grinders that he already had could not get close to the house or foundation, but he purchased a new one that did get closer. It still took some hand work with a chisel, but I was eventually able to clear enough space so the new stucco could be applied below ground level. It took several trips, but the job was done to my satisfaction. My only complaint is he did cancel and reschedule a few times and I wish the two stumps from the trees that were removed were grinded down better, but to be fair he had to spend far more time on grinding the stump against the house than had been expected. My case was very unusual. All and all they did a great job, and definitely saved me future problems of cinder block walls breaking, sidewalks cracking and shifting, and foundation/house walls moving and cracking. I can appreciate the other companies that I got job quotes from were giving me quotes for what I was asking for, but I greatly appreciate that Kiki offered his professional opinion on what should really be done. One reason consumers hire professionals is for their knowledge and input and not just for the service itself. I did spend a little more than I first expected, but grinding the stump below ground rather than removing got the results I desired and allowed me to put the money towards removing the trees that would have created more problems and expense down the road. Kiki's Tree Service will definitely be my go to people for anything tree related from now on, and I highly recommend them. Granted he did miss a couple scheduled appointments, but I'm the type of person that can overlook that because plans sometimes don't always work out as planned, and I'm not perfect either.

Kiki came to my house on a Friday afternoon and inspected the work to be performed. He was exceptionally courteous and polite. He gave me a very good price, outbidding three other top Angie's list companies by far. Kiki then came back the next tuesday and performed the work quickly and exactly as we discussed. He groups four tree stumps down with his brand new looking stump grinder. One we needed ground deep since a fence post was being put there.

Kiki is very responsive, reasonably priced and very professional. I will use him again and recommend to family/friends.
