Description of Work: High winds took down a 25 foot ray wood and the root lifted up the concrete and made my back yard unsafe. Kiki came out as soon as I called even postponing another job because of th safety issue. He took all the fallen tree and ground the stump. Great job

Description of Work: I was very impressed and happy with this company. I hired them to cut down a number of trees and to prevent them from growing back. They arrived at the agreed upon time and with safety in mind proceeded to cut down my trees. They completely cleaned up after themselves and everyone was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: I contacted Kiki to set up a time for him to come out and provide an estimate for trimming all the trees on our property and removing one dying tree. He didn't show up for the appointment. When I called him to see if he was coming, he said he'd been to the house and no one was home. (Not true.) He said he would come back in the afternoon to do the estimate. At 6:30 that evening -- after I had given up on him and just as my family was sitting down to dinner -- he arrived to do the estimate and admitted he'd gone to the wrong house earlier in the day. | |He was very nice and friendly and did the estimate, so against my better judgment we scheduled a time two weeks out for him to come back and perform the service and I took that afternoon off from work so I could be home during the job. Unfortunately, that day came and went two weeks ago. He never showed up to do the job and hasn't called back to explain or reschedule.

Description of Work: Did a heavy cosmetic trimming on front yard Mulberry tree, including any branches endangering roof and trimmed hedgerow. |Showed up a early for appointment and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. |Will be using them again for the backyard next year.

Description of Work: I had Kiki remove a medium-sized tree that the wind had knocked over. He also removed the tree stump. I then had him replace the tree with a Raywood ash. He did a great job and also secured the new tree. I would definitely use Kiki again and recommend him.

Description of Work: Mr. Rodriguez came out first to give us an estimate. We thought we wanted two trees pruned but he told us it was to late in the winter and they would be harmed. So, we found other things that needed cutting back and he gave us a very reasonable estimate. The work was arranged, they arrived on time. There was a crew and they had a machine that would shred the pyrocanthus and tree limbs they removed. He promised us we would like the outcome and frankly we were amazed at what a good job they did and how it looks now.

Description of Work: They removed two very large Photinia bushes that obstructed the view from 2 windows. They also ground the stumps from those two and from an additional vine that had been taken out by someone else. |The job they were working on Friday ran late so they did not make it to my house then. Since there were no available spots on Saturday they asked to come on Sunday and did all the work very fast, very efficiently and left my backyard very tidy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
