Jaclyn & Tim guided us through the purchase of a Fannie Mae repossessed home. It was very "messy" but they were patient, persistent and professional through the entire experience. They were awesome to deal with and represented us well too.

Tim did a great job. He was very professional and responsive when I called or emailed with questions. Also, he did a great job coordinating all inspections and repairs and kept me up to date with what deadlines that where coming up and all requirements. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Jaclyn and Tim absolutely offered top-notch service as they spent time with us. They were always prompt for appointments, helped with pricing, and with ideas for good presentation of the house. (There was no pressure to list the home until we finished fixing up the house.) When we listed the home, Tim took excellent artistic pictures that flattered the home and posted them. They held an open house and went door to door to let the neighbors know about it. After a prospective buyer had an offer (which happened within 2 weeks), Jaclyn helped us work through the process of counteroffers and acceptance. This real estate transaction was the least stressful we've ever experienced due to the guidance and support of Jaclyn and Tim. Jaclyn still keeps in touch with us and we would definitely do business with her and with Tim in the future.
