The project started off on a good note. They had lots of good ideas and projected a feeling of trust, fairness and that they had our best interest at heart. This turned out to not be true at all. They started off very quickly and tore everything up --that is when they started requesting changers to the plan for extra money. It is very hard to stop a landscaping job in the middle of its construction and so we continued hoping for the best. That was a huge mistake on our part. Towards the end of the project we reviewed all the change orders and billings and discovered that they had billed us for numerous things that never happened. We tried to take them to court, however, the owner David Kato skipped town and we were not able to serve him properly. I have been retired for some time an unfortunately with age I have become too trustful of people. This mistake cost me lots of money and a huge hunk of my retirement. My advise to anyone considering them is not to use them.
