Just Sprinklers

This is the second leak I've experienced in this line. Unlike the previous company that repaired a leak years ago, Just Sprinklers cut the polyethylene tubing, cleaned the ends, cut a short piece of PVC pipe that would just fit into the polyethylene tubing, and after priming and coating the ends of the short length of PVC pipe with solvent glue and doing the same for the ends of the polyethylene tubing, made the splice repair by inserting the short length of PVC pipe into the open ends of the polyethylene tubing. Then he placed stainless steel hose clamps around the ends of the polyethylene pipe, ensuring that the connections would be completely water-tight. They are -- I checked carefully for leaks, and found none! This repaired spot in the polyethylene tubing will no doubt last longer than the polyethylene tubing itself! The technician came just minutes into the time window in which I was told to expect him, and finishing quickly, charged less than I had expected. I'm a happy customer, and will continue to do business with Just Sprinklers!

I noticed the flooding on Sunday morning and called the Just Sprinklers' 24/7 emergency line at 8:30 a.m.. The operator said she would contact the on-call technician who would call me back. He did so in just a few minutes and because I was able to stop the flow of water by just turning off the system, he suggested it would be much more economical to wait until Monday. He said he would call the scheduling people and let them know I wanted to be put on their schedule as soon as possible given the upcoming July 4 holiday. He did that. At 10:00 a.m. when the Just Sprinklers store opened, a staff member called to get more details about my problem to add to the scheduling information the technician had called in. On Monday morning at 8:08 a.m., Just Sprinklers called to tell me they would be out in the late morning or early afternoon. Although the gentleman I spoke with said they were quite busy, again due to the upcoming holiday, the technician, Rick Hamilton, arrived at 1:00 p.m. He was young but very professional. He went right to work digging up the box and the area around it. He located the leak, fixed it, tested it and then inspected the other three valves and all the drip lines to make sure everything was running and finished in under an hour. He cleaned up all the dirt on the walkway and replaced the rock mulch. He went over the form that explained what the did, what equipment he had installed, and suggested that I keep the two pages for future reference if there was any problem or for reference for future repairs or installation services I might want. This turned out to be much quicker and less expensive than I had anticipated. In addition to being knowledgeable, Rick was also very polite and friendly. It was a good experience and I will use Just Sprinklers again in the future.

From start to finish the crew headed by Armando, were very professional and courteous. We have numerous turtles in our yard and we were concerned about their welfare. The crew was very careful to make sure none of the turtles were hurt in the process of digging up the yard, and making the trenches. These gentlemen worked on the hottest day of the year (107) in the yard. I would have given up after the first 15 minutes! Their work area was cleaned up each night and when the job was completed. Armando made sure that we knew exactly how to work the system that had been installed. I know that if we have any follow up questions that they will be happy to help us. We are very happy with the job Just Sprinklers did for us!

Terrible! my sprinklers did not work so, they came to my house and said that it would cost about $2,500. I thought, wow! That expensive, but as more investigation was done (myself) I have found a series of issues that leads to being expensive. I deeply wished that when an estimate is given that an explanation would be given in very simple, simple understandable meaning. I would probably use them again because they are good hard working people that do want to please their customers. Thanks, but please, please be clear on how the work is to be done and why it needs to be done to have a smooth operating sprinkler system!!!

I had numerous drip irrigation heads that were not getting water, and one sprinkler head that was not putting out enough water. Jose Grijalva found the source of the problem with the drip system and fixed it. Many of the drip irrigation heads were missing, and he replaced them and made sure they were working properly. He replaced the bad sprinkler head and made sure the whole system was working properly.

Work was done with professionalism and on time. About a month after job completion, the ground around the control box became saturated and you couldn't walk on it without sinking down as much as 8 inches. After one call to a very responsive supervisor, the situation was corrected the next day when a crew member added more soil and tamped down the area to remove the large depressions probably created by air pockets.

John showed up, looked at what was going on replaced nozzels adjusted the direction and water flow from a couple sprinklers and everything working well Just Sprinklers did some irigation work this past spring so this was considered a follow up call at n/charge. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!

They were on time, worked efficiently. Did an excellent job installing the system and telling me how to operate it. Left everything neat.

The person in the store was talking with someone else. I walked in right past her, so I'm sure she saw me. She did not acknowledge my presence at all. I went ahead and found what I think was a match, and went to the register. She finally asked another person to wait on me, but only after I had waited w/o being spoken to for probably 15 minutes. All I ask is that my presence be acknowledged in some way: "I'll be with you in a few minutes" would be sufficient. This is the second time I've been in the store, and it has happened to me both times. The emmiters were not a match, but I don't even want to go back to exchange them. I'd rather lose the money.

The two workman were great guys as was the irrigation specialist that gave a quote. All three were in good moods no sad faces allowed here in this house, except my sister-in-law, that I have to put up with. These two fellas a Jose Martinez and another guy who kept to himself pretty much were wonderful. I will use Just Sprinklers again and again in the future.

Technician Rick Hamilton was excellent—professional, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I identified the location of the leak and uncoverd most of the line but was unable to tackle the last ~3and quot; diameter roots 30 inches in the ground. I called Just Sprinklers on Wednesday and was scheduled for a 11:00 to 3:00 window on Thursday. I called at 3:30 after no one showed or called and was told the tech was running late, could make it by 6:00, or I could reschedule. [Hence the and quot;Cand quot; for Punctuality.] Luis called just before 5:00 and was here 10 minutes later. [Anand quot;Aand quot; for responsiveness] He did an excellent job cutting through the tree roots and repairing the sprinkler system supply line. [and quot;Aand quot; for Quality] He was very professional and knowledgeable. [Another and quot;Aand quot;] The hourly rate was as quoted and I understood I would pay for any materials used. What I didn't expect was to pay a 300% to 500% markup on PVC fittings plus $15 for glue to put the fittings together. [Therefor the and quot;Cand quot; for price] If needed, I would consider Just Sprinklers again for the quality of the work but I'd be prepared for the high price and scheduling issues.

Ed Gonzalez came on time and helped me tremendously to understand my system . I wouldn't hesitate using their services again.

The repair and re-set-up went very well. I was in an after-hospital rehab facility after an emergency total hip replacement following a fall. I couldn't do anything more than call Just Sprinklers and ask them to get the system fixed and running despite my absence. They sent a technician named Ed Gonzalez who got the system up and running. There was a bit of a cost, of course, but Ed discussed it with me by phone before he did the work.

Ed Gonzalez called to let me know he would be arriving 10 before he came. He had all the equipment required and installed my new timer very quickly. He walked through the set up with me, and reviewed my options. He was very personable and friendly. He remembered me from a previous visit to service my drip system. I have been very happy with all of the technicians who have come to my home. They are knowledgeable and work quickly respecting when I am taking time from work to have the services performed.

Very smoothly. Ed was courteous and knowledgeable.

I called around to several locations trying to find sod. These people were the cheapest and most friendly place around. Everything went off without a hitch. Plus I was also able to have it delivered on short notice which really came in handy. So with all of this I would definitely recommend this place for your lawn care needs. I know I'll be back.

They fixed everything and we have used them before.

I called on a Monday morning after my system went out over the weekend. They took my trouble call over the phone and gave me a 2 hour window on when the tech would arrive that very afternoon. The tech, Jose, called early and asked if he could come over sooner. That was great! He did a diagnoses on the system and within an hour had it working and also completed a couple of additional repairs on the system that was needed. I was very impressed with the quick response as these places are very busy this time of year. I have used Just Sprinklers in the past with great satisfaction and will continue to use them going forward.

Again, I welcomed Just Sprinklers to come take care of my sprinkler system and quot;spring tuneup.and quot; Ed Gonzalez was the technician who arrived, after he had called asking if he could come a little earlier than the scheduled time. Ed is nothing short of amazing! He is very professional and seems enthusiastic about his job. Noting that I had low water pressure in one area of the sprinkler system, he assessed the situation, and said he could re-route one of the lines, essentially splitting off one section and assigning it to a different and quot;valve stationand quot; of the drip system. His work was quick, efficient, and very satisfactory! I am so grateful for his suggestion and his follow-through on it, to improve the health of my shrubs! Thank you, Ed!

The two employees were here all day did a outstanding job, replaced the existing system along with moving the sprinkler heads and replacing those with better heads. The completed the job cleaned up and the yard looked as good as it did if not better after they were done. You could not tell where they have dug trenches to move the lines everything was back as it was. GREAT JOB!!

They arrived withing the agreed time window and were efficient at locating and fixing issues.

They were able to come out and get started fairly quickly. I had so many things wrong with my sprinklers system that I didn't know where to even start. They did a pretty good inspection and made a recommendation on replacing the sprinkler heads with some very efficient models. Unfortunately, those new heads were not compatible with what I already had so the installation was very costly. Overall, they did a pretty good job. A great improvement over what there was before they came. There were a few drip heads that could have been replaced, but weren't and some other problem areas weren't addressed. My guess is that if I had had more of a conversation with them, they would have taken care of everything.

I called for service on Saturday and got an appointment for Tuesday. Service technician, Ed Gonzlez, was prompt, courteous and efficient. He had the problem taken care in just a matter of minuters.

Ed Gonzales was extremely knowledgable about my sprinkler system. He was able to complete the job in timely manner. Nice guy..
