Excellent service. Done quickly and efficiently.

I had a leaking underground sprinkler line. I found the leak but I didn't know how to stop it. I had to turn off water to my whole house in order to stop water from leaking. I called Just Sprinklers and they dispatched a technician to my house within 30 minutes. The technician looked at the leak and knew exactly what to do. He went back to the store to get the parts needed and then returned. He repaired the leak.

They did good work. They are kind of high-priced.

It was easy to schedule. They really knew what they were doing and they fixed out problem we were trying to troubleshoot for a long time.

Ed continually impressed me with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to spend time with me to discuss all the options and go over the plan in detail. I never felt like I was being left out of the loop or didn't know what was going to happen and when, as this was a multi-day project. I will definitely be using them again in the future if the need arises.

Just Sprinklers had a representative at the house within 36 hours of the our call. The technician was able to trace the fault to defective valves. Even though it was late in the day he completed the job. Our system is nearly 20 years old and the technician made several recommendations to help us provide better coverage and save water, there was no hard sell and we were able to eliminate portions of the suggestions.The tech returned the following day to complete the work. The system operates exactly as described. Just Sprinkler is somewhat pricey but you get first rate work and equipment.

They replaced a sprinkler control valve that had gone bad and was leaking, causing a spike in my water bill. Work was done in a timely manner with professionalism that was so appreciated.

Ed Gonzales the salesman (prior to sale that he was a senior technician with the company) was very knowledgeable and communicated well. The team that came to do the installation did a very professional job. Armando Rubio was the lead person on the team and was very knowledgeable. Eduardo and Francisco were his helpers. They cleaned up the work area every day and left things in good order. Ed Gonzales did a good job explaining how the new timer worked and said to call him if there were any questions. After the work was finished and final payment made we discovered a plumbing problem with the water to a separate garage/studio that was due to the work that they had done on the watering system. Ed Gonzales immediately came to look at the problem and Armando came and fixed it. No problem. We were especially impressed with Armando.

This company deserves a terrific report. When I got up on Monday morning, I looked out at my newly landscaped backyard and saw very wet, saturated ground. I was very upset because my drip system controller was off for the winter. I called two companies and explained the situation, which to me, was an emergency. The other company did not call back but Just Sprinklers came within two hours. The young employee, MeKyle Hartford, was wonderful. He searched the property, checking the water softener, which some companies ignore, and ran my drip system. Nothing. No leaks, the controller was working fine, and my water meter was not running. So, this tall young man thought about the HOA's irrigation system. He looked over my cement wall and saw the HOA's irrigation system emitter directly across from where the water was running into my yard. He said that their system was probably still running. We walked around and found very wet soil on that side of the wall. The reason for my saturated yard was the HOA emitter failing when it comes on around 5:30 am and their water was entering my yard at the highest elevation. It was then cascading across the entire back yard toward my lowest point. I never would have realized that their leak was in the one area along that back wall that was high enough for the water to flow under the wall. It looks like their irrigation lines are lower than my property. Finally, at the end of solving this mystery, MeKyle told me there was no charge because he did not do anything! This company will be my drip system company forever. MeKyle is very experienced and clever.

They did a good job. It was reasonable. They were on time. He had his uniform and he was very professional. He got the work done. Everything was fine. Their pricing is one of the reasons why we chose them.

The two work men, Robert Tafoya and Matt Bustos, were prompt, knowledgeable, communicative and very pleasant and efficient.

Robert Tafoya did a great and outstanding job! He verified that there was a defective sprinkler and fixed it quickly and checked out the whole system to make sure it worked. Only downside is that I was charged $100 for a $27 part, but we couldn't wait to find a compatible part . This is the problem of when you see your yard dying and you need to get the sprinklers going again. I don't hold Robert responsible for this, he was very pleasant and efficient and if it were an absolute emergency I would call again. But I did go online afterward and ordered a couple of the sprinklers so that next time we are prepared. Of course, next time it might be a whole different problem, so it is nice to have options.

A day or two after my initial negative review I received a call from Tony. He was very concerned about my prior experience with them and wanted to make it right. Upon my return to their store, they went above and beyond. Wouldn't think twice about using them again. All I can say is "WOW", these guys do actually care about their customers! Just Sprinklers ROCKS!

The technician showed up on time and worked diligently. The technician, Mekyle Hartford, was the most pleasant and knowledgeable young man I have come across in quite a while. He is a perfect representative of the company. I would adopt him if I could.

Working with Just Sprinklers is fantastic. I used their website to and quot;bookand quot; an appointment. Really it is just leaving your contact information. They called back in and lt;24 hrs and were able to come out the next day. The tech, MeKyle, was great. He really spent the time to make sure that the problem that was identified (bad valve and wire issue) was the only problem. He also spent the time needed to explain the issue to me. They had to come back with the right parts the next business day. All along the way, the company kept me informed of progress. Great communication with the customer. I also appreciate that they do all the billing online by sending an invoice via email. This can easily be paid via their web site. All and all, a great experience. Because it was such a positive experience, I also had them come out and give me a quote for other landscaping work (they do more then sprinklers! - despite the name). Once again, very responsive and professional. Tom N. came out and provided the estimate. I ended up not using them for the landscaping work and decided to make that a DIY project. Just sprinklers is a role model in communicating with the customer and being very clear and upfront with what work is going to get done and how much it would cost. I wish more companies operated like this.

had an appointment window between 1 and 5pm. he was here before we got home at 12:30... called, he came back at 5... but two weeks later, we have not seen the estimate he was to provide in 2-3 days. We called after a week, he said he'd get it done and to us...another week. no estimate. We've moved on.

Beautiful! Ed Martinez came to the house and designed what I wanted only better than what I could envision. Jose Gonzales and his team worked hard and willingly as changes ams along. Thank you Just Sprinklers! You ROCK!

Very responsive and professional. I had the estimate on a Monday and they were able to start work the following Monday morning, finishing up on Thursday afternoon. Ed Gonzales, the estimator, was very easy to talk to and helped me envision some much needed improvements to my outdoor living space. Jose Armenta and his crew did an amazing job on the actual work, from demolishing the old patio/walkway to selecting just the right size, shape and color of flagstone for the new patio/walkway and then grinding each piece individually and setting them into an interesting and artistic jigsaw puzzle. Everything was done with great pride and care. I highly recommend them as a quality provider!

I called the office on a Friday and they were able to get someone out to me on Monday. Robert Tafoya came and quickly installed a great irrigation system for our new vegetable garden. It was easy. He was nice, professional, prompt and did the job well. He even replace a head on one of my sprinkles just because he saw it was broken. Great service. As usual I will call them again!

The old sod was removed and the ground prepared to lay the base material. It was estimated to be a one day job but it took two full days. Considering the 90+ degree heat during that week, I was surprised it didn't take longer. The Artificial Turf and the metal borders were installed on the third day. All the workers were very professional, courteous and helpful. The team leader assigned to lay the new turf was meticulous and took pride in all the details needed to make the turf look great. Great Job.

They came the day after the initial visit (estimate) and Mike worked all day in the heat. We are very pleased with the their professionalism and quality of work. My only criticism would be that they failed to let us know when they would be doing the work. Luckily we were home when they came.

Jonny from Just Sprinklers met with us to discuss what we wanted and provide estimate. He was prompt, friendly, and had lots of pictures and samples for us to look over. He listened to what we wanted and gave suggestions where he thought best. We wanted to do the bbq area and talked about how we didn't like the cement path and how it drained improperly. He said he could cobble it all in and fix the drainage and he provided that as an add-on estimate. Price was decent compared to others but his attention to us and to details was what sold us. Workers arrived as scheduled and were friendly, courteous, and paid attention to detail. After laying half of the cobblestone patio, the foreman pulled it all up and started over. When I asked why, as it had looked very nice, he stated it just wasn't exactly right. He saw something with his experienced eye that I could not see. He could have just let it continue but he fixed it and stayed late to stay on timeline. Project moved along as scheduled and again just small things made a difference. They had to remove much dirt to make the grass level with rest of yard. They asked us if we needed any dirt elsewhere, which we did, and they moved the dirt around to front of house instead of hauling it away. After project was complete, we found that one of the old sprinklers had not been capped off and was leaking. Jonny sent the team back out ASAP to repair it. Also when they were removing the old grass and dirt they accidentally made a hole in our siding. Jonny told us to send the estimate to have it fixed and he immediately took that amount off of remaining due. We waited a year to write the final details of this review so we could see how things stood up. Everything looks as good as the day it was finished and we love our grass!

The service guy who came out was very professional and nice. The problem didnt go away, though, so I called to get someone back out a few weeks later. I sat waiting for the 4 hour and quot;appt windowand quot; and they never showed up and never called. I called them back the following week and they were very apologetic and rescheduled me for today. Well guess what? Another 4 hours spent waiting with no show and no call from them. I just called to inform them that I had wasted another 4 hours waiting and they wanted to reschedule me yet again! No thanks...

My 80 year old mother diligently looks after a backyard “pond” that had been a pet project of my now deceased father. The pond liner recently ruptured and the water level was becoming dangerously low. Just Sprinklers sent a crew over to rescue the fish and water lilies (at a cost of $1272) and to provide an estimate for building a new pond. My mother did not like the proposed design or the estimated price tag (about $12,000). On my mother’s behalf, my brother spoke with the designer (Richard) and was told if we were not interested in the rock-heavydesign proposed, Just Sprinklers would not be interested in the project. When asked about the price, Richard advised that even the laborers were billing out at $80 per hour. My mother chose a different company to do the pond just as she wanted ($1800 complete) and that is when the fun begins. When my mother tried to arrange to have the fish and lilies put back into the new pond, she was advised they would “gently” place the tanks in her driveway and that she would be responsible for getting them back into the pond. I attempted to reach the owner, John Seaver, four times and never received a call back. I finally got called back by a different employee, Johnny, and was told that because they didn’t build the pond or approve of the approach of the people that did, they would no longer be responsible for returning the items into the pond. When pressed, Johnny told me he had no problem returning the fish, but that the lilies would have to done by someone else as Just Sprinklers did not want to risk damaging the pond liner by placing the heavy pots back into the water. When Just Sprinklers did return the items, they left everything in the driveway. Mother spoke with the man that delivered them and had him call the office to see if someone was coming over to put the fish back in the pond and was told no one would be coming. My elderly mother obviously was in no position to do anything and the gentleman told her he knew how to do the fish and would be happy to help. The gentleman soon got a call from Johnny and was told if he helped my elderly mother, he would be fired. Johnny, apparently not one to be inconvenienced by the truth or his previous commitments, was bound and determined to pay back my mother for not choosing his group to do the pond. Luckily for my mother, six neighbors came to the rescue and they were able to get the lilies and fish back into the pond. Not so lucky for Just Sprinklers, six neighbors got to see first-hand how Just Sprinklers tried taking advantage of an 80 year old woman. I’ve yet to hear from the owner and now could care less. I wouldn’t call this company to change the water in my gold fish bowl.
