Just Sprinklers

I have been trying to find a very simple custom part to extend my sprinkler pop up. I had tried all the big box hardware stores without luck. I called "Just Sprinklers" and explained my need. They fashioned a very simple part out of two adapters. Worked like a charm.

Chip from JUST SPRINKLERS did a fantastic job for us! I think over the 8 years we've lived in High Desert, we've had about every sprinkler guy in the city here to try to undo about every bad job done by the guy before him. Chip did it right the first time. We were out of town for about 2 weeks during the HEAT and WIND of this summer, and we came back to a yard that was thriving. We would absolutely use Chip and Just Sprinklers again - even tho' they are expensive,.. we know the job has been done right.

I have used Just Sprinklers service so recommended for my sister. My sister could take off work so I arranged to be there. They came over promptly to repair the damage to her sprinkler system. Sergio arrived on time and quickly found the problem, dug up a small area, replaced the broken pipe, filled in the dirt and reset the system. He was very professional and cleaned up the the property. I will definitely use this service again. I appreciate his kindness and care towards the property and the cats.

I was very pleased. Chip Gregg was the technician who did my work. He was very polite, and very efficient--worked quickly and did a thorough job. I "consulted" with him on a couple of additional issues, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with his comments/advice. I have used this company many times, and have always been satisfied.

I have had trouble getting water to certain areas of my lawn for a long time now. I called Just Sprinklers because of the excellent customer service we have received when we have shopped in-store. They sent Chip Gregg out to have a look. Clearly, Just Sprinklers values their employees and ensures that they are knowledgable and well trained. Chip determined what the problem was...immediately and (of course) it was not what I had "diagnosed" :) Good thing I called in the pro's and that they are! Chip offered 2 other solutions that would correct the problem as well and I greatly appreciated the options-I was able to find one that was long term and would fit my budget!! Every time we have done business with JS we know we got a good product from knowledgable staff that is friendly and customer oriented as well. Well done Just Sprinklers and thank you Chip for finally solving our problem!!

The system is practically invisible and exactly what I wanted. Carlos and crew did an outstanding job and everything was restored to its original position and condition. You can't tell that the yard was dug up at all. Looks outstanding and works great.

Their pricing seemed reasonable to me. They were great and I recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

Sergio was right on time and was very polite. He worked quickly to resolve the problem. I believe he saved us money on the project.

Mr. Gonzalez came promptly as scheduled. He was efficient, good at figuring out how to rememdy the leaks, and showed us and installed water efficient sprinkler heads. For the first time in my 11 years in this house, I don't have to drag hoses even though there has always been a sprinkler system. In other words, it is working better than it ever has. We likeed him, his suggestions, and his work.

For a 7:30 a.m.appt tech - Edward Gonzalez - called at about 7:45 to say he would be there in about 10 minutes, and he was. He got right to work, understood what I wanted. He had all the tools, parts, and knowledge and skill to do the jobs quickly and efficiently. I had already located the break and excavated around it, so he did not have to do that (do that to save hourly labor charges), nor did he have to back-fill the hole. The hourly charge was acceptable as he completed everything in one hour (which would have taken me 17 days!). He was articulate, informative, polite, and helpful. The major expense was the new digital controller. Of course, no time has passed for any problems to be revealed, but I am convinced that if there are any they will be quickly rectified by the service provider.

The service went well. Just Sprinklers did have to visit the home twice to complete the work as the first time they were short on the appropriate parts to complete the job. It was work that was not anticipated by me, the owner, when I called to schedule the appointment. Both technicians were professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

My appointment was for 5:30 but they called and said the tech was running a few minutes late. He called a few minutes later and let me know exactly where he was in traffic and when he would be at my house. He listed carefully to what I said needed to be done and performed the services better than I expected. He had to dig up a couple of main connectors that were not letting water through and he fixed them and put the weed covers and rocks right back in place neatly. I have 20 bushes and he serviced the bubble drip for all 20 and they work perfectly.

They did a very good job. They were very cooperative and did the job well. They fixed the problem for me while I was out of town. When I returned the work was completed and they sent me a confirmation. The final charge was right on with the estimate I was given before the job was started. I would use them in the future if needed.

They quoted me on a complete new irrigation system and were not concentrating to, what I was saying. The entire process was a disaster and I will never use their services in future.

We had a drip irrigation problem where the force of water was enough to knock off the tips of the various watering areas. If tips are missing all the water pressure then goes to that irrigation point, and little or no water goes to the other stations on the same system. They performed their service, for which I paid half of the $1,200 they had quoted. Then we noticed that the heads were still popping off the ends of the irrigation tubes. The manager/owner came by and admitted it was their mistake. He had brought workers with him, and they did stuff for a couple of hours. Then the ends started popping off again, so I called the owner and he refused to come out to fix the problem. I pointed out that his written contract supplies a warranty on service lasting one full year, and this was still the first month. He said, "I don't care what the contract says, I am not going to send people way out to Corrales to work on your system any more, unless you pay us more." I was furious, and it ended up that they never came back, but I didn't pay any more on the balance. Thus I got a bad job but at least only paid half-price for it. DO NOT USE THEM! THEY DON'T DO THE WORK CORRECTLY AND REFUSE TO FOLLOW THEIR OWN WRITTEN WARRANTY GUARANTEE.

My expectations were more than met. I am very pleased with the finish product. I now have something that I can maintain and work with. They did a great job. Thank you.

The employees they sent did not demonstrate that they had the knowledge to perform the services they we sent to do.

They arrived promptly and listened to my story. They started digging where I had thought the problem was and determined it was not there. They got a tarp and started digging where they thought the problem was and was able to locate it. They did not seem to mind that I hovered and watched. They explained what they were doing and why and checked in with me to make sure I was okay with it. I'm sorry I don't have more details it was almost a year ago. My overall experience was very positive.

They are very honest, very professional, very knowledgeable, and stand behind their work. They are also customer oriented. They are not the cheapest, but with them we get good quality work. The owner has a very large work staff and he keeps adding products and services. He has a good business model. He gives us a price and if we want to accept it, it's fine, or else someone else will.

They were professional. We ended up not doing the work at all.

After a hard freeze, it appeared a pipe to the sprinkler system broke. Called several plumbers who could not respond for several days and then call Just Sprinklers. They said they could send a technician out to give an estimate within two hours. The technician realized the cap was broken, not a pipe, and repaired it on the spot. The work was very professional and the technician was very nice and professional. When we redo our landscaping, I will definitely use this service again.

The estimate was higher than I could possibly have expected and so, the project went on hold and is still on hold now. Please see the ...how much did you spend?($) response. To their credit, Just Sprinklers called back to see what decision I made and they were quite professional in detailing all the costs for me. Of course, this is the experience that reoccurs all the time: at estimate, the budget is already 3 times larger than this home owner was able to project. And, from the experience that I do have, the budget is at least twice as much as the estimate. I would love to hire them for this project. I have every confidence they would exceed my expectations and increase the value of my house as well as my lifestyle.
