The project began on schedule and completed on schedule. The crew on the job were very professional and courtious. All of the work was completed to my satisfaction just as had been layed out during the estimate process. They did excellent work. I would highly recommend Just Sprinklers for any landscaping project.

Ed did a great job. He identified the problems easily and repaired them quickly. He also made some suggestions for improving the overall efficiency of the system.

Two men were sent out, one was Ed Gonzalez, and they got right to work. They were quick and efficient. They also checked out a leak we had. They were done in less than an hour. I would recommend them again.

The technician did a good job, seemed to be knowledgeable and was pleasant and professional.

From the initial contact thru work completion all appointments were as scheduled. The personel were well mannered and knowledgeable.

Arrived within timeframe we agreed on. Got right to work. Fixed a couple of leaks in the lines; recommended the installation of a filter and pressure control at zone 1. Provided reasonable estimate for the additional work, and completed all. Polite, and professional. A pleasure to work with. Superb job!

It went great, from estamate to finish. Job was finished in 2 days. These people are very professional and know what they are doing.

After a company put in a new water line and bipassed our auto sprinkler system, we had to make the decision of whether it could be fixed. I call Just Sprinklers and Johnny Carter came out and gave me an estimate and suggested some updates since the system was 20 years old. My husband and I were not sure it would fix the problem, but knew it had worked before. I called and set up a date for the services to be performed. Daniel and Javier showed up exactly on time and got started. They were prompt, very professional and got right to work. They were finished early and when I went out to check with them, they had to dig down to new water pipe, run new pipe to new valves, by passed the old one (took it out) and put in new on side of house. You could not even tell by my xeroscaping that they had been there, it looked perfect and best of all it WORKS! I actually hugged them both. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants the best!

The telephone receptionist made an appointment for the same day (between 1 - 3) and promised that the tech. would call before traveling to my home. I received a call from and quot;Edand quot; at 2:05 (amazing!) and promised to arrive in 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes later (how does he do this?), Ed arrived and immediately understood my narrative and I gave him the go to fix the problem. Thirty minutes later the problem was fixed (rebuild the valve). I was prepared for an expensive replacement job, but it was not necessary. I found this company to be VERY responsive to my needs. The only downside is that the service cost can be a little on the high side; but if it holds out, I will be very happy with the end result.

We went to them for a retaining wall, court yard wall, 900 sq ft. of artificial lawn and drip irrigation. They referred us to a wall builder that they work with often for the retaining wall and courtyard wall. We used them becuase they kept in touch with eachother and when the walls were done Just Sprinklers contacted me the next day saying they would be out to start their side of the project. I think we had about a week to wait from the time we hired them to start of work. By using the wall builder that they recommended there was no fuss over who was responsible for what clean-up when the job was complete. We love the grass, have had it almost 2 years now. Perfect for the 2 little boys and dog we have. We did have some confusion about winterizing the drip lines the first winter. We had called them out to winterize it, but tried to turn it back on ourselves. the tech had done a couple extra steps for extra protection that were not listed on the website's instructions. We winterized it ourself this winter. We did have to have the brain of the drip system replace 2-3 times becuase it would not keep time properly. That was all done under warrenty without any hastle.

We had purchased a tree with them last Christmas and we were really pleased with the tree, the service and the free tree removal after the season. So my wife and I went to the Just Sprinkler store to look for a tree to purchase for this Christmas season. When we arrived we were politely greeted and asked if we needed help. We notified the staff that we wanted to buy a tree. Then Mike handed us 3 tags to place 3 trees that we had our eyes on to prevent someone else from purchasing those trees while we made our decision. We really likeed this idea. So on December 2nd we purchased a tree. As we were talking with Leilani about proper care. Mike and Ray made a fresh cut on the tree also removing lower branches to fit our stand, wrapped the tree and loaded it into our vehicle. I have never received that much service from a tree lot and at a price a whole lot more affordable That is not the end of our story. We took our tree to be recycled on February 10th. Through 2 and a half months we about a one percent loss of needles.

They are very good. You can always count on them for the best service and advice from them.

Ed Gonzalez, Irrigation Technician, arrived early and got to work. He was friendly and professional. Very typical of Just Sprinklers personnel.

After I called for an estimate, we set up an afternoon for the company representative to look at the problem. The representative called when he was on the way. Upon arriving, he looked at the job, asked several questions, and gave me an estimate after only a few minutes of calculations. The estimate included several options and a clear description of what each would entail. After I accepted the estimate, we set the date for the work on the following Tuesday. Early Monday morning, the company called to say they had a cancellation and could do the job then if it would be OK. I agreed, and the team showed up within an hour or so. The workers had a very clear description of the job from the estimator, but they talked to me to clarify any questions and to make sure exactly what I wanted. They arrived with all the supplies and equipment they needed (including sod cutter, trencher, etc.) and they set to work. The workers were very courteous and finished by late afternoon as promised. They were thoroughly professional, using top quality materials and excellent workmanship. They were very careful to clean up after they finished, hauling away all trash and even tree roots and a little left-over dirt from the excavations. At the end of the day, they tested everything, programmed the controller according to my wishes, and then demonstrated the system to me and answered any questions. We have used this company for smaller jobs several times in the past and have always been pleased with their responsiveness and the quality of their work.

I told the service department scheduler what I thought the problem was at the time I made the appointment. Someone took very good notes. They called me the day before the appointment because they were doing other jobs in the area (East Mountains). I was not at home, but I spoke with Ed who was at my property. Ed was very professional, knowlegable and friendly. He knew the details of the service call and the type of controller. He was a good listener about the details of the problems with the controller. He said he would check it out and then called back a few minutes later and said he had fixed the master valve and tested all the stations on the system and that it was working. When I got home the system was working, and the work areas around the controller and master valve were neat and tidy. I was pleased that I did not need to leave work to be at home when the service call occurred, and I appreciated Ed's willingness to deal with my dogs who have access to the work area

In February of 2007 I had my backyard landscaped by a local company. Although I have had no problems with my landscape overall, I began to have problems with the valves installed in the irrigation system during the spring of 2010. Because I was unable to get the company who installed the landscape to respond to my problems with the valve system, I called Just Sprinklers. When they arrived the following week and had a chance to look at my system, they indicated that the problem was the type of valves that were originally installed by the landscape company. The valves were not the right match for the control box. The technician from Just Sprinklers replaced the valves and said that although the new valves were the same and the old he believed the new valves would solve the problem. The system worked for about 10 months when the same valve problem started occurring again. When they returned the second time, the technician gave me two options 1. Replace the valves or 2. Rebuild the entire valve system while giving me credit for the work and the valves previously installed. I thought the second option was a very good offer. I took it and I have had no problems with the system since. Although Just Sprinklers work is expensive, I found the company's technicians knowledgable, responsive, and punctual. I am going to continue to use this company for irrigation system repairs.

I expected they would charge me more; but they were cheap. I will grade them A across the board.

I have been a client of Just Sprinklers for about three years. Because of the long-term relationship, trust and understanding has evolved into great professional relationship. Over the years they performed an audit of our current and needed sprinkler needs and installed and maintained the system accordingly. Additional lawns were installed and they remain lush. Finally they converted a once flagstone patio area into a lawn and creating the flagstone into a beautiful pathway that enhances our backyard. Each employee from the estimator to the worker is polite, professional and knowledgeable. Work is guaranteed with no questions asked.

I had used them about 3 years ago. They are honest, straightforward and provide good service. They are a little on the pricey side. I would consider using them in the future.
