Ed Gonzalez is an excellent irrigation technician, and I appreciated his expertise and consideration.

They laid artificial turf in our front yard. Suggested pavers near the front walk to the door, which we did. Asked for a pattern of river rock to go through the smaller rock. In the summer it started to look like a sharpei puppy, so we called them and they stretched it. It's not uncommon when the turf is laid in cold weather, that it may need to be stretched when it heats up. Love the look. Love the no maintenance and the guys were very professional.

While on travel out of the country I received a call from my neighbor reporting water spraying from my outside faucet. Although I removed all garden hoses from the faucets I forgot to remove the hose manifold and on the first frost of the season of course it burst, taking out the faucet valve with it. My neighbor called Just Sprinklers from their number on on my irrigation system cover. They responded immediately and shut off the water at the below-ground valve but it was too dark to finish the repair. They returned the next day and replaced the burst faucet. Their quick response saved me from water damage to the house and foundation. I was favorable impressed.

Winterizing a sprinkler system in ABQ consists of turning 3 valves. He explained to me what he did, so I should not have to call again. However, I expected them to drain the actual pipes as a few years ago I had a leak. However, the technician explained that they generally do not do that. So, by the hour it was very expensive, because the work was no more than a couple minutes, but now I do know the procedure. The technician was generally pleasant and helpful. My only complaint is that I could have done this myself.

I had had a landscaper here to fix the system just a month or so ago, and he did not even look at the control unit which was installed incorrectly so that it promptly began ti leak. Explained and showed me exactly what was worn out. Price included an expensive valve.

I called the company for an emergency repair after hours last week. Their technician, Ed Gonzales, responded very promptly. He was very polite and professional. He was extremely knowledgable about the equipment that I had. He quickly determined what the issues were and gave me a few options about how to fix it. He did the repair in less time than he originally estimated. The total bill was a little more than originally expected, but was definitely worth it for the peace of mind that the work was done correctly and thoroughly the first time. I would definitely recommend Just Sprinklers, as a company, and Ed Gonzales, in particular to my friends and family.

The work took two visits, after the initial estimate was provided by Ed. Jose from Just Sprinklers replaced the manifold, split the drip zone, and added the additional connectivity into the new manifold, but was unable to get the additional circuit to work with my existing controller. (Turned out the control problem was not in the valves or the control box, but in some old wiring buried under the driveway which was apparently not installed properly and which now has some breaks.) Ed returned for a follow up, and was able to get the existing circuits to work with my existing control box and the new manifold, by undoing some of the poor wiring from the old system. (I'll eventually need a new wiring setup for the additional circuits, but that's not the fault of Just Sprinklers -- merely an inadequacy in the existing system.) While he was here, he also traced a below-ground leak which was robbing some of the water pressure in one drip zone, and determined the best way to splice around it rather than having to excavate some old bushes. This is the second time Ed has been very helpful in correcting some problems in the irrigation system the prior owners installed on this property. Given the work Just Sprinklers had to do on my system, I believe their pricing was fair and equitable. I'll definitely recommend Ed, Jose, and the entire Just Sprinklers team, and will call them again for future jobs.

Great service!! The serviceman (Ed) could not have been more professional. He arrived right on time and the repair was finished in 15 minutes. Will call these people again for service.

I would of be nice for johnny to actually get an estimate to me. Cant finish if you don't even bother to start.

Ed Gonzalez arrived, after calling to let me know he was on his way. He corrected the two leaks quickly. We discovered that the garden was still not receiving water even when pressure was restored. He then traced the problem to an old -- and incorrect -- connection to the garden line feeder which had become blocked. He redid the connection and put in new bleeder caps so I'd be able to fix it myself if the problem reoccurred. All done promptly, professionally, and politely. I'd definitely use him, and Just Sprinklers, again.

Located the problem, left Ed Gonzales to fix it, he did so very quickly and professionally.

On a Sunday evening I found the valve box for my drip irrigation system was leaking, flooding a flower bed. I called Just Sprinklers after reading reviews on Angie's List. Jose G. was here within 45 minutes, and had the problem fixed in 1 1/2 hours, replacing the shut off valve that was leaking. I paid extra for the weekend call-out, but it was well worth having such prompt service, and a technician who knew exactly what the problem was, had all the parts in his truck, and was very professional.

We depend on Just Sprinklers each year to get our drip irrigation system up and running. This year they accomplished this task competently and efficiently as usual, and took care of some additional problems: They replaced 3 broken PVC pipes with newer-material piping that is more flexible. We are very pleased with this. It involved digging into the ground to get to the points of connection. Also, since we had recently had some landscape work done by another company, Ed from Just Sprinklers, and his very competent technician, took care of installing emitters to each of our new plants, as well as repairing tubing where leaks had developed. The technician who did the work was very efficient, under Ed's guidance. All-in-all, we are extremely pleased with the professionalism and competency of these workers, and of Just Sprinklers. Their technicians are always very courteous and pleasant to do business with.

I had two related service calls with two very nice technicians, Brett and Sergio. For the first call (they were at my door on time the day after I called) a leak under the sidewalk was located and fixed. The charge for parts and labor were $89, I felt this was a reasonable charge. A few days later I went to add a line to a new plant and discovered there was still a leak on one side of the sidewalk at the site of the previous leak. I called in the afternoon and first thing the next morning (on time) a technician was at my door. He found an insertion point for a new line was missing, filled the hole and quickly the problem was fixed and at no additional charge. Both technicians were very polite, conscientious and courteous. I felt Just Sprinklers served me very well and i will call them with all my sprinkler needs; I will also refer them to all of my friends.

Very smooth. Ed Gonzalez, the technician, was expert in his work,,very plesant, very professional, respectful, quick, thorough.

I emailed Just Sprinklers on Sunday and got an immediate call back. Tuesday morning a tech named Richard was at my door. he looked at my sprinklers and almost instantaneously knew what the problem was, a clogged filter from the well. After Richard finished cleaning the filter and reinstalled it the pressure was back.Richard methodically went through all the sprinkler heads, replaced the bad ones and refocused all of the others to provide more overall coverage. He also patiently taught me how to set the controller, which I had been doing wrong for years. When I need and thing done to my system again Just Sprinklers will be who I call....Thanks Richard.

Broken service line. Prompt service the day I called. Excellent attitude and workmanship by the technician. Would reccommend and would call again.

The technician, Chip Gregg did an outstanding job of identifying and solving the problem. He replaced all of my emitters (12) because the originals weren't allowing enough water to come out. He also replaced a RB 1" PGA valve, which was the cause of the pooling. It took a lot of digging to get to each emitter so the price was reasonable considering he spent nearly 2 1/2 hours here. I'd definately use this company again.

Overall i had a positive experience. They where able to schedule my appointment for the next day.

It went great. Ed dug some up as necessary and moved some. Sprinkler system in my front yard was old and not up to code. The heads were water wasters and Ed replaced them with ones that met City of Abq requirements for rebates. I have used Just Sprinklers for several years now. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Also very customer-service friendly.

2 weeks ago I had a leak in the 1/2and quot; poly tubing supplying my drip system. The leak was repaired by Sergio who was very professional and did a great job (the leak was fixed and there was no trace of his work on my xeriscape) However a few days later a new leak developed 15 feet away from the first one, that was washing the dirt out from under a walkway. Ed Gonzales came out and as I asked more questions about options he mentioned that my 15 year old system operating on 70 psi is likely to bust again because the ideal pressure for a drip system is around 30 psi (fortunately I knew my pressures because he did not have the equipment to measure pressure in the drip line - which is odd) He recommended the installation of a water pressure regulator for about $280+tax. He said that he would need the help of a second person to perform the install. An hour later Jose G came back and performed the work by himself. As far as I can tell he did an excellent job. He was also very polite. Everything was done as agreed and even the flushed out mud was cleaned up so I was very pleased. The drip system is working properly now but the long term benefit of this work remains to be seen. 4/25/2014 After I had Hilltop perform a major remodel of my backyard and relocate 2 irrigation valves in a different area I realized that if I had asked The Hilltop to perform this work I would have gotten away with much less expense. I don't think anymore that the installation of the filter/pressure regulator was necessary. There is flow adjustment on the valves that control this irrigation circuit and that should have been enough. After Just Sprinklers installed the regulator I had problems with areas of the drip system not receiving any flow until 15 minutes after the irrigation was started and when I asked them about this they were not interested in dealing with the problem. I cut their rating on professionalism because I feel that they sold me something I did not need. The new, water saving irrigation heads don't cover the lawn uniformly so I will have to replace them with old-fashioned ones myself I will not call them again.

We had a waterfall made of volcanic rock that ended in a pond. We were tired of the maintenance and loss of water due to the porous rock and evaporation. In addition, it was an eyesore. Johnny Carter came out with a proposal to remove the volcanic rock waterfall and replace it with a moss rock meandering stream which ended in rocks. The water would then be pumped from underground and back down the stream bed. Since some of the surrounding volcanic rack would remain part of the landscaping, Johnny had the sensitivity to place several volcanic rocks in the stream bed and some moss rock amount the remaining volcanic rock. The job went smoothly; Daniel and his team did a wonderful job! We are very happy with the results.

Despite the fact that the serviceman arrived almost one and a half hours early, all went very well. He did call first. He identified the problems quickly and fixed them in a very timely fashion. He communicated what needed to be done and got to it. We are very pleased with the work done and the charge was reasonable. We must say that. Larry Gonzales, the serviceman did an excellent job.
