JPG Welding

I hired Joey to do a straightforward and simple job on my security bars. The work he did was satisfactory. The problem I had with him was first he resisted putting on booties to enter my home. He made a hole in my wall and when I asked what about the hole in my wall he acted like he didn't know anything about it and did a horrible job covering it, leaving a mess on my floor. I was STILL going to have him do some additional work done that we had agreed upon but he showed up at my house at 300 in afternoon and said he ran out of time to do the initial work that probably would have taken 30 minutes but he was done for the day. He also failed to show up or call a time before that. When I mentioned something to him that he told me he would bring to me to see as a sample he became very nasty and then walked away called me and said that I had hurt his feelings by looking at him some way and he wasn't going to finish my job. I have hired several trades to do work at my home but I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. So if you don't mind a whole lot of unprofessionalism and drama this is your guy.

I am happy to express how pleased I am about having our wrought iron window bars removed and replace with no issues or problems. Joey kept open communication just to make sure I was informed of what they were doing just to assure me. It was all done in the time expected. Very happy with the whole job. I've been quite pleased with JPG. They are responsive and generally prompt. I think there was a delay on the return of the repainted bars, but they notified us by phone and the delay wasn't very long. This is one of the better contractors I've dealt with in Albuquerque.
