Very well. They are hard workers and regularly communicate to see I'm in agreement with their work. They are willing to make changes where needed. They are friendly, customer conscientious and were extremely accommodating to my dogs who needed to be in their presence from time to time. Overall I am very pleased with their work.

EXCELLENT, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! The folks came out to preview the job within 1 day of my request and had an estimate within another 2 hours. I had received another estimate from a “large local sprinkler specialist company” that was extremely overpriced and did not include some things that I needed to be done. JM started had the entire job completed within 3 days with COMPLETELY NEW valves, solenoids, risers, PVC main lines, highest quality tubing/emitters, popup sprinklers — the entire system. They completely cleaned up and not a grain of sand or rock was out of place when they left. All done beyond what the Scope of Work required and what I expected. And all for less money than the “big box guys”. This was a PERFECT experience. I have already made three referrals. I cannot express how pleased I am with these guys.

The company responded to our request for services in less than 2 hours. Their proposed costs were fair and reasonable. The work was started within 2 days and completed in one day. The work was excellently completed, including the rock landscaping. We found he company to be honest and hardworking, and their communication was excellent. We will definitely use them again. Very well! I called 4 places. This was the only one that actually answered when I called for an estimate . I'd left messages at the other three but never got a call back. The men came as promised, explained things well, were very polite. Made sure everything was working. They even said to call in the fall and they would show me how to close things for the winter.

Outstanding contractor with hardworking and talented staff. JM Maintenance Contruction surveyed our 30 year old lawn and garden sprinkler system, identified deficiencies, and brought it up to standard in one day. Now we have even water coverage throughout the lawn and garden areas. As to the stone and gravel work, JM Maintenance refurbished our extensive xeriscape and driveway areas with quality gravel. The color selections were excellent and the JM team worked tirelessly, wheel barrel by wheel barrel to apply the gravel evenly, smoothly, and well compacted. Our hats off to the JM Maintenance team.

The job went very well. This was an installation of patio pavers on an enclosed patio floor with a drastic slope. I asked Jose if he could level it within reason and he did a great job. I am going to have him do some more work on my property and I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
