From start to finish, Jill was on top of everything as she helped us transition from out of state to the Albuquerque area. Not only was she amazing when it came to finding and purchasing our home, but she was a wonderful resource in helping us access local businesses, services, and vendors in getting set up. I came to the area first as my job started in the summer. She helped me find a short term rental for just me. Then when the rest of the family moved up, we still needed a short term rental for a larger family as we waited for the closing of our loan here. She found that for us too. Both at a very reasonable price which helped us save money. I heard over and over that short term rentals at a reasonable price are hard to come by and maybe impossible. Jill made it happen for us.
Description of Work: I met Jill this summer through a friend of a friend of a friend when I was looking for temporary housing while I sold a home in TX and purchased one in the Albuquerque area. I was given Jill's name as a resource that might be able to help. Several weeks before I committed to using her as a realtor, she was willing to use her personal time to help with temporary housing without a 6 month to year lease commitment. We kept in touch and because of her care and professionalism, my husband and I decided to use her as our real estate agent. She was amazing! I am the kind of person who likes regular contact of how the process is going and Jill went above and beyond in that capacity. She was resourceful, energetic, creative, and constantly in contact and on top of things. Our buying process was more complicated than usual because of some incentives that were offered by the seller. Jill helped us navigate through that and find excellent vendors to provide great products and services to make the most of our incentive monies. We've closed on the loan now and Jill is still circling back to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer questions for us as we complete our transition to the area. I can't say enough to describe her expertise, professionalism, and personal touch. She comes highly recommended.

I particularly liked how she was going to market a second property through an auction format.
Description of Work: She and her partner evaluated the property and came up with great recommendations. She was flexible, thought out of the box, etc. The only reason I didn't go with them was that I was determined to go with a discount listing broker. The property was part of an estate and she was flexible with us. Loved her.

Jill S. Levin goes the extra mile for her clients. I listed my home with an agency run by my sister’s friend and quickly realized that was a mistake. They cost me almost $500 and did nothing for me. Then I went to Jill. She was proactive and helped me in every aspect of selling my home. In the current housing market you need someone who will work for you, not just for themselves. Jill is the right person. I wish I had gone with her from the start. She is ultra professional, extremely competent, incredibly trustworthy, and completely knowledgeable in what it takes to sell a home. She is also resourceful. She helped me line up the needed repairs so my home looked beautiful and showed well. She sold it in this market!
