JAF Concepts

We found James at JAF Concepts so easy to work with. He has a lot of experience working with people and was able to give some great ideas on how to design our new home. This project is a joint project between two generations and needed to be built so that the older couple could age in place. James was able to help us with features to make the house not look ADA compliant, but be able to be wheelchair accessible should the need arise. James helped guide us through the bid selection and was very responsive to changes. He worked with the builder we selected to get all the details right before delivering the final set of plans. James was a pleasure to work with, and ususally came to our home to meet. He made this the easiest part of this new home project.
