+ -1 moreJosh showed up at my home to configure my new hp Envy laptop. The new laptop has Windows 10 which I'm new to since all this time I have been using Windows 7. Josh is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and polite. Whenever I had a question, he answered it in detail, did everything I requested and then some. He is also very fast at what he does. Josh did and outstanding job setting up my new laptop. I definitively recommend and trust him. I would definitely hire him again.

+ -1 moreI have an awful house for wi fi. Add on rooms etc. He very patiently explained what needed to happen and then, made it happen, on time and on budget! I would happily recommend him for any and all computer needs!

+ -1 moreAfter calling him, Josh gave me an appt. time to go over what I needed him to do. He arrived promptly and told me it would take 2 hours to set up my new Apple computer, wifi, and Apple TV.with Roku. So he came the next day and set everything up in about 2 hours. I then needed him to train me on all this new fangled technology. Having had windows on a PC for years Josh spent an hour teaching me my new Mac. Josh was just so patient and knowledgeable, he didn't even make me feel stupid! In fact, when I forgot something, I just shot him an email and he reminded what to do! Will definitely use his services for all my technological needs in the future!
