+ -1 moreWe had our brick floor refinished (stripped to bare brick, cleaned, sealed) in 2005 by J's Way Floors. At that time, J's Way said the top coat sealer would last about 5 years with normal wear and tear before we had to reseal the brick floor again. It actually lasted about 7 years, which was more than we expected. We called them back to reseal the floor. They gave us a quote which they stuck to and a date about 1 week out. (And they still had the records of the original refinish including floor size in their files). They called a couple of days in advance to confirm the date and showed up on time as agreed to. They finished in 1-1/2 days and helped us put all the furniture back. In the process, they consulted with us as to which part of the great room they would do first so as not to disrupt our lives too much. We will definitely call them back in another 7 years when it's time to reseal the floors.
Description of Work: We had our great room, kitchen, dining area, and entry way brick floors refinished (stripped to bare brick, cleaned, sealed) in 2005 by J's Way Floors. The floors had been abused by the previous homeowner, were stained and mottled. This year, we had them just reseal the floors.
