DO NOT HIRE INTERIOR PAINTERS AND MORE TO DO ANY WORK FOR YOU IF YOU WANT IT DONE WELL. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSKILLED. EXTREMELY poor quality workmanship, very sloppy job site, crew absolutely lacking any respect for my property. Every day they left a mess everywhere they worked, including nails, dust, tools and partially consumed food/drinks. They knew we were living in the house while they worked on it and that there were children living there as well, but they left sharp objects on the floor and counter tops where they could be accessed by my children. They stole items from my home, ate my food while I was not there and used personal property and supplies for their shoddy work. John Baca, the owner, personally does very poor quality work, is lacking in finish carpentry skills AND he is dishonest. When I pointed out specific problems to him he was unable to come up with solutions for his errors and actually said I was going to have to pay more for his crew to come back and do the job correctly as they should have done the first time. His painting is very sloppy. He left paint splatters on the new floors and did not match colors properly to existing colors as he said he was able to do. The window trim that they installed was not actually secured into the wood underneath and fell off when the door was closed. The miter joints where the baseboard and trim came together at the corners were so poor that in several places they used a 1/4" of wood putty to fill in the gaps and try to disguise their extremely poor work. On flooring they installed, it was raised and uneven and a trip hazard. Instead of re-doing it correctly, they NAILED the laminate down through the piece of flooring. These items are just the beginning. There were many more items performed very poorly. John Baca is not good at supervision/oversight of his employees, doing the work himself or dealing with the after affects of his company's poor workmanship. The only positive thing I can say is that John returned my initial call to him promptly and gave me an estimate quickly. That should have been a sign that he was not busy, probably due to his poor work. After his initial estimate, everything went downhill from there. He talks a good talk, but for anything you want done well in your home, he cannot deliver on his promises. You should NOT HIRE INTERIOR PAINTERS AND MORE. If you do hire them, you will regret it.

They arrived promptly after calling, and did the work right away. they explained everything they needed to do and were both professional and courteous.

John matched the paint well. He and his crew sanded, patched and painted the exterior doors and frames. John gave a reasonable quote and discussed any extra charges with me before work was completed.

John was on time, checked in periodically, communicated clearly to avoid snafus, and requested a final inspection of the work. And he was prompt, something I particularly appreciate. He's the handyman we've been looking for and we will definitely use him in the future.

John Bacca and his employees hit another homerun. This is the second time I have availed myself of his services. Work was prompt, professionally executed and extremely reasonably priced. I have been able to count on him for anything I need to have done. His honesty and trustworthiness is unsurpassed in the home repair business. He provides accurate estimates of his work and holds to those estimates. If work is going to exceed his estimates, he informs me BEFORE the work is accomplished to give me plenty of time to re-direct any work without having to have additional expenses out of my pocket.

Overall Sid did a good job. A few spots in the shower could have been done with better detail. This was not noticed until after he left. He was on time and very polite and professional. Clean up could have been done a little better. I would still use them again.

They fixed things inside and outside the house; quite a few items required using a ladder.

John and Sidney displayed great professionalism and work ethics. I have never been happier with a contractor. I would definitely use them in the future and happily recommend their services to anyone. They are the greatest!

it was very prompt service. No job was too small or trivial. cleaned up well after work was complete. Did the work quickly and worked until completed.

Mr. Bacca and his assistant arrived when promised, gave an excellent estimate of time and dollars (and met those estimates). Was incredibly courteous, professional, honest and proved to be extremely competent, skilled, capable and talented. Multi-skilled/multi-tasking should be his middle name. Given the damage done to the bathroom flooring prior to his arrival, I was estimating over triple the amount of work and cost to repair. Mr. Bacca could very easily have overcharged and could have performed needless work. Fortunately for me (and anyone else who should choose to use him and his company in the future) he was completely honest and trustworthy. He left the house spotless and with all of the work he provided was in and out in one short afternoon. Any other handyman would more than likely have taken several days to complete. Because he and his company can "do it all", I did not have to hire separate plumbers, flooring specialists, painters and wood repair personnel. I am a very picky client, and I must admit, I was very leery, at first. I am now, after completion of the jobs, extremely satisfied with their work.

They gave us good recommendation and did a good work. The service looked very good. The price they gave is reasonable.

John and his crew were hired for two homes. All the work was completed in a professional, timely manner. He is very versatile in his skill set and I found that there isn't anything he can't do. Plus he is able to trouble shoot. Thank you John for a job well done!!

We asked John Baca of Interior Painters and More to paint two bancos and fireplace chimneys after re-plastering some damaged areas. They repaired, repainted, and put new locks on a storage shed door. They fixed three ceiling fans. They staked down a problematic ladder and vine that had been falling down. It subsequently survived the 90 mile an hour windstorm whereas other items around our yard did not. One of the items on our list required extra, unanticipated work yet they stuck with their original estimate. Their work was timely, professional, efficient, and of high quality.

John was friendly and easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. Even tho we were having other work done on our house, he was very willing and able to work around the other workers. He gave us the lowest cost estimate of any of the painters who came over, and he did a real good job. He and his workers got all the work done in one day. He said he is also able to do other handyman work, so I'll probably have him do some other work for us. My wife and I are happy with his work.

I was very impressed with John. Not only was he MUCH lower than other bids I had for drywall, but he was able to fit us in immediately. He was always punctual, and always called as he was leaving to come to our home so I would know when to expect him. He and his crew were very polite and tried to make the experience as unobtrusive as possible. My only issue was that there were a few areas that were not as perfect as I would have like. This was a very large job, however, and the drywall was in terrible repair before they began. I gave them a B for quality, but I would have preferred a B+ or an A-. Any issues I had with repairs they came out and fixed immediately. We will absolutely use him again in the future for our kitchen remodel. UPDATE: After the wall was painted, it became clear how uneven the texture was on some of these areas. They drive me crazy now! Fortunately I can cover up the worst areas with large art, but it's annoying none the less. I had to lower my quality to a C. Also, when I called him out again, I never got a response. It wasn't worth it to me to repaint, so I gave up, but I would have liked a call back.

They arrived when they said they would and immediately went to work. A little after mid day, the owner told me that perhaps he had been a little hasty in saying they would finish in one day. He asked if they could return after the weekend to finish. We of course told him to please do. They came back on Monday, again when they said they would and finished the job. The end product was in our view, terrific. While they were cleaning up on Monday, I asked him to please get a quote to me for two other projects that we would like done. I would recommend this provider in a heartbeat. They know what they are doing and are professional, respectful and do what they say they are going to.

They were fantastic! He sent two guys to work for me so I did not have to do the work myself especially with the high ceiling. The service price was reasonable. They were just fantastic! It took them at least 4 hours to finish the job. Of course, we had everything pulled out, the furniture and everything. We wanted to paint first before we laid flooring. I would use their service again in the future. In fact, I am going to have them paint the outside of our two-story house.

The owner and two helpers arrived when they said they were going to. They indicated how long they would take to finish the job. They were professional and courteous. When they finished, they cleaned up after themselves. They thanked us for the opportunity to provide a service. We asked the owner to please give us a quote for another job. We believe they are a fine example of what small business people should be like. They are terrific.

Got started sooner than we expected and finished on time. Best of all, he could make decisions on his own and did not bother us with minor decisions. He completely understood what we wanted.

John was very professional and accommodating from the get-go when I called him. I called a couple of times, asking for pricing for different scenarios. He was very nice, and we scheduled an appt for him to do the work. He came at the expected time, and had no problem removing/installing the light fixture in our 14ft covered front porch ceiling. Then he assembled and installed two ceiling fan/lights in our back covered patio after removing the existing fixtures. He did a great job, everything worked as expected, and he was always very professional and personable. This work took him 2-1/2 hours from start to finish, and the charge was $215, so even though that is what he quoted, I felt it was a bit high considering the time it took. I would recommend John, he did a great job and we received great customer service.

IPM came and gave us an estimate promptly. Their quote was slightly higher than the lowest we received, but they were able to fit us in the schedule within a week and the lowest was at least 6 weeks out. Original schedule date was for Wednesday, and they called on Tuesday asking if they could reschedule for Friday. On Friday, their regular tile guy called in sick and they had to find a replacement. He worked hard from about 10:00 until 5:00 and came back on Saturday to finish up. We were very pleased with the results and the price charged was very reasonable for alomost 2 days work! We provided all the materials and they provided the labor. I would highly recommend IPM for your tile needs

IPM removed and replaced some wet drywall (a piece about 4' by 6'), then taped, painted, and textured the area. They were professional (always called first), came on time and worked very hard and got it done! I would definitely call them again for any more work I might need.

Very pleased with all of the work done at this property. It is a rental home and the new tenants are thrilled with the house. The workers were very professional, punctual and did quality work. The owner of the company, John, responds in a timely fashion to email and is always able to get the work scheduled promptly. I recently had them come back and install glass tile in the kitchen and it turned out beautifully! I would definitely use this company again for any handywork that needs to be done. It seems that they can do any service that one might need around the house.
