John showed up on time to provide an estimate, and gave a reasonable price promptly. The work was scheduled to be done by 2 workers over 2 days. The workers showed up on-time, and I paid 50% of the estimate on day 1. At the end of day 2, I realized that the workers had missed part of what was negotiated (repairing a door threshold). They requested that I pay the reminder 50% anyway, and promised they'd return later to finish the work. I refused, which was in accordance with the signed contract, and I'm glad I did. After the workers left after day 2, I realized that the paint job was poorly done, with numerous spots that were uneven or missed completely. Also, part of the new baseboard they installed separated from the wall only a couple of hours later they left. I contacted John about these deficiencies, and one worker returned to finish and repair their work a 2 weeks later. The end result is acceptable, but the paint job is still poorly done, and I had to do some touch up. I'd say the quality of the paint job is below that of most homeowners, and definitely should not be called professional. The workers also neglected to mask off outlets in the room, lost some face plate screws, and painted over a vent cover and phone line cover instead of removing/masking them. Finally, the inside-corners of the new baseboards were not done well, as there are fairly sizable gaps filled with wood filler. A more skilled installer would have used a coping saw for that.

They didn't seem interested in the work, they never followed up.

The work they did was EXCELLENT, about the best I've ever seen. John communicated regularly and professionally, and the price was very good. I would highly recommend them.

Team was prompt to arrive, completed the work, and cleaned up in one day at my request. The work is very good and the price reasonable for a three person team for a full day plus materials. I'd use Interior Painters amd More for more work.

They were all professional, polite, and prompt. I will be hiring them again in August to do some additional work on my home. The owner offered suggestions at various price points since I'm low budget and broke! He told me what was urgent and what could be put off for awhile. They also cleaned up everything!

Very professional. Arrived 5 minutes early. Cleaned up any mess that was made. Very likable. Will be using for all repairs in my house. Prices are very reasonable.

They used this cheap bottom of the line paint for the interior/exterior. Entire job was done in 4 days. They used a paint sprayer instead painting with a roller. The patching of the windows and door was carelessly done and now cracking and peeling off. Standard painting practices were not followed. They also did patch work in the bathroom and patched over a brick pattern that I asked them not to. Several people have told me that it is going to cost even more to have these mistakes corrected.

7/16 called and left a voice mail advising that I was looking for a handyman to do a master bedroom closet organizer among other things. This person never even paid me the courtesy of a call back. Very unprofessional.

The job was done well, however, clean-up was not great. John tried to get everything done but the guys weren't very careful. Brush and roller cleanup was done in the back yard leaving a mess. Curtains laid on the floor in the garage. Paint tracks on the deck. John was very helpful and easy to work with. The painting was done well. Probably would not use them again.

John (the owner) came over to do a walk-through and make notes of what I wanted done. He sent a quote the next day. On the day of service, 3 men arrived promptly and went over a few details to make sure we were on the same page. They were very professional and worked hard. It was nice to have a list of projects completed in 3 hours that would have taken me several days and trips to the hardware store.

I sent message through Angie's list and John contacted me within 24 hours and arranged a time to come to my home to give me an estimate. I told John I was in a hurry because I was preparing to leave on a trip and received his written estimate by email the day after our meeting. The following day, I agreed to his estimate and, to accommodate my impending trip, he managed to schedule the work for the following Monday. On Monday he and a helper arrived promptly as agreed and they set to work. My home is 37 years old with the original outside doors so presented some interesting challenges but they dealt with them quite well. My front door had a problem that required additional parts which required John to return the following morning to finish. He kept after it until everything was right. All the work was done professionally and I feel I received quality work for a fair price.

The door frames on our funky house are uneven, and John did a great job of getting the doors installed. He was prompt, professional, and easy to work with. And now we have some nice screen doors!

The two young men did a very nice job. The red kiva fireplace turned out exceptionally well. They had to return a different day because they had to match the stucco color and the deck ceiling color. Since I was busy repairing nail holes from artwork, they helped with that, since they had ladders and I had the paint out. I thought that the price was fair and their work was very good. I would recommend them and also would certainly use them again in the future.

The owner made it sound like he would do the job himself but instead had a crew of 2 people (father and son) come and do the job. He came by (with his girlfriend) to introduce the two guys to my husband and then left right away. He never came back to check the work. Someone started painting our back door frame in the laundry room white like the walls and then tried to remove it. The door frame was dark red and matched the door, so the white paint still shows on the frame. There were several spots that rollers didn't cover fully and also several paint splatters on the tile floor that we had to scrape off. We didn't want to get them to fix their work because the initial job was so poor. Overall it was a very disappointing experience.

They arrived on time and Abe a very fair estimate for the work. I intend to have them compete the job in the near future

There are very few business owners from whom we have obtained quotes that have been as prompt, professional, patient and pleasant as John. Every detail of the proposed job activities was carefully considered, options discussed (sanding vs. power washing to keep costs lower for deck work) and a clear, detailed written quote was provided. Scheduling was very easy. A crew of three well trained gentlemen arrived on time, along with the owner (John). While the crew prepared for the work, John personally went to match paint and stain. Exterior floors were covered carefully to avoid paint/stain drips or staining from materials or shoes. There was great communication among the team throughout the job, and everyone worked diligently. Exterior light fixtures were installed and tested. All work was completed in a matter of 6 hours, including careful clean up and removal of empty paint and stain cans as well as old light fixtures. Everyone was genuinely friendly and polite. A great experience from start to finish - and based on this, we requested another quote for some additional work. In less than an hour, we received a new quote by e-mail. We recommend Interior Painters and More, without hesitation!

Contacted IPM and left a message requesting an estimate, received a response was within a few hours. Made initial appointment for review of the area and estimate. Arrived at stated time and gave us an estimate. We were satisfied with the estimate and attention to detail as to services we could expect regarding furniture moving, covering, repairing nail holes, etc., so paint date was scheduled. Arrived on time to paint with 4 painters, all were very personable and professional. One area included 30 foot ceilings. They were extremely careful to detail and cleaned up the area. Completed the job sooner than we expected. Will definitely call for future paint jobs and will recommend to others without hesitation.

They were punctual, personable and professional in a manner I am not used to experiencing when dealing with contractors. On the day of the job, the crew arrived slightly early so that John could go over the specifics of the job with them. He remembered the details of each task and organized his crew effectively. He communicated with his workers and us in a way that left little room for misunderstandings or missed information. Although John did not complete every task himself, his crew was detail oriented, efficient, professional and skilled. Great service. John, the owner, showed up to give an estimate when he said he would. Then he renegotiated the service due to my budget. His technicians showed up when he promised. John checked their work and asked me if I was happy with the service before he asked for payment. Absolutely the best customer service I have had In home improvement. My home looks great too. I would recommend this contractor/company to anyone! If you want good service and quality work, this is the company to trust. I plan to use Interior Painters and more for house painting later this year to finish all my planned improvements.

I am very happy with the quality of the work performed. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. I would use them again.
