The job got finished but what it took to get there was not pleasant. Also I will have to redo the gutters myself since the install was off and they leak badly.

They came up with a great solution - to build a metal skirt around the casita, with a concrete footer. So far, it has worked, and looks good as well. They are professional, courteous, and punctual as well. They also added details - like steel wool strategically placed, as well as putting Borax down in the crawl space where we had mice.

John and his team were great and easy to work with. I was very happy with the work they completed. I have to say a word of appreciation for his team's professionalism. Every team member made a point to locate me in the house and give me a handshake to let me know they were at the house. I would have expected the supervisor to do so but they took additional small step that made the experience pleasant and made the team approachable during the process. That was just a small example of the great work they did for us and the overall experience. I highly recommend them for both residential and commercial.

Wonderful! They were polite, professional and the work was professionally done. The owner came once and left Frank in charge. He knows his stuff. I received calls before they came and they cleaned up after themselves. At one time there were three men here working and I have to say they worked hard. I couldn't believe how much work they could get done in one day. I am going to give my son their card to work on his house.

If I could give something lower than an F, I would. The two guy crew showed up for some handyman work. I had allowed these guys into my home, and was paying them an hourly rate to complete the jobs I specified. Even though in my home and on my dime, John was more interested in every beep, blip, ding, ring on his phone than any interest in work I was paying for. His constant interruptions, his constant distractions, his constant delays due his absorbed interest in his phone delayed the project. He made repeated trips outside where he could be seen pacing and heard on various calls and discussing sending emails etc at that time. He was glued to his smart phone and not to my projects. Guess what ? Because he way paying more attention to his phone than the work – I had to pay him even more money for his extra time. Buyer beware : if you want someone in your home that cares more about his smart phone than ANYTHING else, then these are the guys. To John : Take your smart phone and shove it in a dark inaccessible place for the entire duration a customer is paying for your time. The way you treat a customer is horrible, inexcusable, and exemplifies wretched service. Have a happy wonderful time with your smart phone – it is clearly more important to you than anything else. P.S.: Due to the constant distraction and delay, the actual work was HORRIBLE and OVER-PRICED.

The end product was very good. I took me months to find someone to take the job and at a reasonable price. He did a very good job customising in an awkward layout. My only concern was punctuality and messy. However, they were very honest and came back to the house to clean up better with out any request. Overall - very impressed with the outcome.

We chose John based on the positive Angie's List reviews and had high expectations for him. He was quick to respond to our initial contact, was nice to speak with, and gave me the impression that he would be on site to complete all the tasks. Unfortunately, his sub-contracted workers did not do a good job on several tasks and I believe it is mainly due to a lack of supervision. For example, the painting took extra days over what was told to us, one of the countertops had significant visible chips by the kitchen faucet, and three ceiling fans were not securely installed. The chipped countertop had to be replaced and today one of the ceiling fans almost fell to the ground. Overall, I would not hire Interior Painters & More for handyman jobs in the future.

This company was not good. I need interior painted and four doors fixed, and a wall patched. The wall was patched great, but the painting was a horrible. The supervisor sat in his truck and asked several times to look at the project that was going on seemed bothered. The final project was left with some walls half painted on the top trimmed and the master bedroom door not closing. I called the owner and asked about the door and he stated he would fix it, but never heard from him. There was dryer paint on my counter tops and in the kitchen sink. I will never contact or call this company. I could have done better by myself with a couple of friends. It seemed they didn't care about there work

Went very well, 4-5 team members completed various task at the same time.

I was skeptical when Sam, whom did the bid, said they could handle it all, and when he showed up with just two guys and said they would be done by noon tomorrow, I was really skeptical. Not only did they get it done on time but I was very pleased with the work. A day after they left I noticed that a roller used to roll the deck must have come in contact with the door knob, which left a very heavy tar like paint on the knob. I called John and he said no problem and came out himself and took care of the issue, with a smile. I'll definitely use Interior Painters and More again.

It went OK. I thought the work was good. A little messy and there was some clean up after. The only reason I may not use them again is I feel I was way overcharged. I agreed to a price, but when they did the job it only took them 45 min because it was all ready prepped for them. I ended up getting charged what equated to $250.00 / hour for each guy. Work was fine, and it was nice to have it done quickly but after seeing the time it took I felt taken advantage of.

The guys were prompt, did a decent job with painting. They installed 2 cabinets above washer and dryer. There was a hose from the water softener that came down from ceiling, so the cabinets needed to be installed with 1x2's in back. Now why they would not install both cabinets the same is beyond me. Even though they did a good job installing, I can not finish them off with crown molding on top because the other cabinet is flush with wall. I guess I expected them to do an even job, and that is not what I got. Now I will have to have it reinstalled if I want to finish the project.

Their taping was perfect and all coverage was complete (no need for extra coats of paint. Quiet, the best. Would definitely use again.

John and his crew did excellent work, as always. I had them do work for me about a year ago. I knew I could count on them to do the painting and dry wall repair well and for a fair price.

The old kitchen and bathroom sinks were housed in custom tile so great care had to be taken in the removal process. The workers were very careful and did a great job in removing the old sinks and replacing new sinks and hardware. Sam, the supervisor, was great in ensuring that all was done well. The workers were very courteous and worked hard. There were a couple of minor things that required some follow up work and they returned quickly and finished up the work. I would not hesitate to use the company again.

It went great! They responded quickly when the ceiling van was difficult to reinstall. It is also important to note that their pricing was the most competitive and we got several other quotes.

It looks terrific, you can't tell there was ever any water damage.I am very pleased with the work.

When called for an estimate, an appointment was set up and kept, In fact as John was on his way, he called to inform us he was in route. Upon his arrival, he reviewed the work we wanted done, provided background information about IPM, and promised a written estimate the same day. The written estimate was received as promised and well within reason. On the first day, three employees (Sam, Henry and Jay) arrived at the appointed time followed by John who went over in detail the work to be done. They began scraping the garage door frame and one side door. As they were doing the prep work, John went to buy the paint which had to match the existing colors and stucco and the weather stripping for the doors. The paint colors had to match the existing colors due to our association requirements. The prep work was started on the third door but extreme winds prevented the completion of the work that day. A follow-on day was scheduled to complete the work. On Monday, Nov. 9, 2015, four employees (Sam, Henry, Jay and Frankie) arrived at the appointed time to complete the requested work. They were careful to use tarps to catch debris and prevent paint from getting on the garage floor, sidewalks and patio. All work areas were swept and cleaned. I was asked numerous times if I saw any other stucco areas that needed repair or if I wanted additional coats of paint applied. Throughout the course of all work, each and every employee was extremely courteous, very professional, and highly skilled for the work being performed. The completed work matched the existing colors (garage door frame, stucco, and front door) perfectly. I will most definitely use IPM again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Their costs, professionalism, skill levels, and courtesy can't be beat!!!!

It went well as always! I found them on Angie's List a few years ago and returned to them since the service was great the first time. They worked around a very tight deadline and made all of the repairs happen. They are fair priced and honest.

Originally thought only the tub's hot water faucet was leaking since it was not just a drip but a stream. Later found that the cold water faucet was dripping & it soon would become a stream also. John repaired both quickly. Will definitely call on him to service our heater when the cold weather arrives.
