They were very prompt and professional. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend this company.

John and Abel were on time, very professional and honest. They hired extra personnel for this job, however, and there were things that needed fixing after the fact. Baseboards were not masked properly, and there was paint on the baseboards in many areas. They fixed that. An area that had been masked was left with underlying paint area showing after peelaway; that remained. Paint got on my furniture and miscellaneous items; some was removed, but as we unpack in our new home, I am still finding items with "beautiful beige" on them. An area of carpet was saturated with paint, and that was impossible to fix properly. Some areas had two coats of paint, others only one, which was quite visible, but this was fixed on the re-do. The door we needed was done beautifully, and IPM went above and beyond to make that look terrific. In addition, other small jobs were done with great skill and professionalism. Everything done by John and Abel was quite good. I feel it must have been the personnel brought in for this job, who made such a mess.

John ( the owner) came to give us a bid. He was on time for our appointment, he was professional in all of the work he did. He always followed through on what he said he could and would do. His price was more that fair with no hidden costed and we would highly recommend him to do your work. John and his crew left our home clean and looking just like we expected. We were comfortable with John and this crew in our home.

His name is John Bacha and he was excellent. He was really great. I gave him $30 more than he asked for because I changed my mind a couple of times and he worked really hard. I think he undercharged because he only wanted $120. He was very easy to talk to and very unassuming. He did a great job and did very precise work. He was great to work with.

John showed up when he said he would which was very important to me since my schedule was tight. He did a clean and complete job to my satisfaction. I liked his professionalism and his good attitude. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to all my friends and family.

John repaired a drawer under the sink that had broken its wheel in the track, tightened many bathroom faucet fixtures, repaired a broken light bulb socket, installed a battery in a smoke alarm that is very high up, installed a plate around the front door knob, repaired front and back door hinges, and fixed doorknob with stripped screws. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He also does painting. I would hire him again.
