I called at the last minute, and they were able to accommodate me. It was the first time I had been there. From when I walked in the door, everything was professional. I called to get directions, and the person was thorough and complete. I found it easily. I will definitely go back!

When I called to make the appointment, the person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I described my hair and what I was looking for in a style and she suggested a stylist who seemed like a good fir for my needs. Was she ever! Elyssa was fabulous! She really understood my hair, what I wanted in a style, and how much (actually how little) time I wanted to spend getting it to look good. She made the cut an enjoyable experience for me as a new client with pleasant and professional conversation. She also was very attentive to what I wanted for my look and lifestyle both in the cut and the products she recommended. My new cut/style isn't a radical change, which is consistent with what I wanted. What I did get is an updated, more fashionable, and much, MUCH better style, expertly done!. I really like how she finished it, also, and Elyssa made sure I knew what to do when I got home so I can keep this great style. Excellent experience, excellent stylist. Thank you so much!!

I called and got a next day appointment. I described what I didn't want, and what I didn't like about my existing style. Amanda listened patiently and offerred suggestions. The environment was clean and relaxing, I was there for two hours total. I would definitely recommend this to others.
