+ -1 moreThey said my new unit would be replaced the very next morning. So I paid the deposit up front. The next day came around and I called and text with no response. Needless to say, the new AC unit was not installed that day. I called and text the next day without a response. It wasn't till two days later I received a response. By that time they wouldn't give me a refund and insisted on completing the job. It took them two more days and several non-responsive messages to fix my AC unit. Once they completed the job, I was continually harassed for payment. I would never use this company again and I would NOT recommend them for any of their services.
Description of Work: Refrigerated air replacement. At first these guys were very nice, don't let them fool you. They are very unprofessional.
