Ideal came out and measured our existing shower enclosure. The glass was very etched with hard water spots. We stopped by the showroom, picked out the new glass and opted for the Enduro Shield Coating to help keep the spots off. When the glass came in, Ideal came out and installed the new enclosure. Everyone was professional, and punctual. So far we are very pleased. The glass looks great and is exactly what we were expecting.

Everything was prompt and easy. The estimate and installation both were done at the appointed times. The estimator/owner Tony was attentive to my needs for the project and had very good ideas for modifications to my initial plans - I ended up with a better design due to his input. I had thought a 4' x 6' mirror was the way to go, and Tony suggested and we went with a 5' x 5' mirror. The installers were on time, friendly, professional and efficient. I'm happy with the new mirror.

The company rep came to my home after I went to the showroom to get ideas on a 5'X3'X7'(height) glass shower surround for a new custom shower enclosure. The rep was professional and punctual and gave a price for the material and installation at the time of the visit. The glass was a great quality glass and the install happened when scheduled and done professionally. I was provided tips on care and maintenance of the glass. I was very happy with the service provided by this company.

Originally I was going to have the entire glass shower enclosure replaced after having the shower recaulked, cleaned and resealed. The company that performed those services took photos of the shower and recommended I contact Ideal Glass and Mirror. I called Ideal and after explaining what I wanted and the sales person viewing the photos, we came up with what I thought to be what I had in mind. I received an estimate over the phone. An appointment was set up for measuring. When I called to reconfirm what we had discussed I learned that the enclosure I had looked at was not possible without having to replace some tiles or have holes. The new enclosure that would work without tile replacement basically looked like the one I had. When Tony arrived to take measurements I decided that I would just get a new door and forget the idea of a totally new look. I was told in the beginning that there would be a $130. additional fee for travel ($65. ea. trip). I thought that was excessive and asked to have it waved, but the company said no. The new door arrived and it was promptly installed. Tony, the fellow who installed the door and the staff in the office were all very professional and there is no doubt this is a quality company. The confusion regarding a new enclosure was disappointing so I would say to be totally sure that what is being said over the phone is accurate.

I remodeled my bathroom myself upgrading the plumbing and electric and installing a new vanity, toilet and shower enclosure. I shopped around for a shower enclosure at all the home improvement stores not finding exactly what I wanted. I went to a local dealer and found something I liked. They gave me a quote. I went online comparing prices and found the price including installation cheaper through another company, Ideal Glass and Mirror. I decided to check them out on Angies List and got great results. They ordered the exact thing, customized and installed for 400 dollars less. Everybody at Ideal kept in touch with me and showed up on time (or earlier) for the install. One piece of the enclosure was damaged during shipping. The installer informed me of it and ordered a replacement part. Within a week, the part came in and it was installed. Ideal glass and mirror is now my first stop for anything!

From the time I called the office to schedule an appointment to the installation date was a very good experience. I scheduled the date/time for the estimate, James came out as scheduled, provided me with all the information and ideas that helped me make the best decision for my bathroom; he provided me with an estimate at that time and scheduled the install date before he left my house. The day before the installation, I received a call from the office confirming the time. Chad called 30 minutes before arriving at my house, completed the installation quickly and efficiently. I would definately hire this company again.

With our bathroom remodel contractor's recommendation, we selected Ideal Glass and Mirror to finish off our high end shower remodel with their Euro style glass shower door. Annita in the showroom was great in showing us the range of shower doors they had available. Tony and his installers did a great job in measuring and expertly installing our shower door. Their pricing was competitive and our contractor says their service is second to none. We recommend highly Ideal Glass.

Upon viewing the company's showroom, I made an appointment to have an estimate completed on the shower door design and installation. I had two different estimates, and Ideal Mirror and Glass came back with the best price. Customer service was great, and appointments for both the estimate and installation were professional and prompt. The shower door was of high quality and we were fully satisfied with the service we were provided.
