iClean LLC did an excellent job with the house cleaning and I will have them return when needed

I was very impressed with the attention to detail. Both house-keepers were very friendly, polite and open to my suggestions and requests. The owner stopped by to meet me and see how things were going. I will definitely be calling them to come again!

Adan and his team are amazing! Adan understood my needs right away and was able to give me a reasonable estimate quickly. One thing that really showed he cared is that he accommodated my special scheduling needs by rearranging his teams' schedules. That was much appreciated. Adan's team of two arrived exactly on time and proceeded to get to to work. They spent the better part of the day cleaning my house from ceiling to floor. Before they arrived, I made a note of areas that I thought would be common for most cleaners to miss; fortunately, the iClean team didn't miss any of them. I also opted for the extra window cleaning option, which was performed by Adan himself. Honestly, I didn't expect the windows to look much cleaner, but boy was I mistaken. The windows looked brand new! Adan kindly pointed out some minor areas where he couldn't clean do to minor damage to the window. During the post-clean walk-through, Adan also pointed out issues that I wasn't aware of. For example, I had some damage to the blinds that I didn't even know about, prompting me to replace them thanks to Adan notifying me.Overall, iClean was thorough and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Iclean did an incredible job! They moved the couch and the refrigerator in order to do a thorough cleaning. Previously, I have paid more to other companies for less service. I was also impressed with their responsiveness when placing the order. I have made arrangements for iclean to perform regular housekeeping services.

Adan's team cleaned our 1400 square foot home every two weeks for about a year. ($107 was the cost for this regular bi-weekly cleaning. They also did an extra-thorough initial cleaning and a move-out cleaning for us, and cleaned our windows occasionally; these services cost a bit more.) We usually had the same two women cleaning our home; they were always friendly and efficient, and their English was good enough for basic communication. We communicated directly with Adan for scheduling; I found him friendly, accommodating, and easy to communicate with in English. There were several times when we had to make changes to our usual schedule, and Adan was often able to accommodate our requests. All in all, iClean provided us with consistently good service. We were especially impressed with the initial cleaning, after which our house was spotless for the first time ever!

I called the owner, Adan, who met me at the house and gave me a price. I felt it was a fair price for the amount of square footage and we confirmed a date. The ladies were on time and did a very thorough job. The did a full move out clean. Shortly after they were there we had the house staged and it sold after 6 days on the market! Since then we have used them to clean a vacant apartment we own as we are getting it ready for new tenants. They did an excellent job at a fair price. We will use them again.

3 cleanings were scheduled. workers talked on their cell phones while cleaning. the second cleaning they rushed through, missing several things, trying to get out early.

iClean gave me an estimate over the phone based on the size of the apartment and described the specific services they would provide. The cleaning crew arrived on time with all their own equipment and supplies and did a walk-through with me to cover what they would do. They were very pleasant and professional, and completed the job in the time estimated. The results were outstanding! They cleaned everything thoroughly and perfectly, and they also cleaned things I wouldn't have expected, like the balcony floor, the outdoor water heater closet, and the heating/cooling vent covers. The apartment was sparkling, and the apartment management was very impressed when they did their final inspection. I recommend iClean without reservation.

This company provides excellent service at affordable rates. The owner Adan, comes to meet you and discuss their services. He is not high pressure but low key and informative. We have had three of the four introductory cleanings and they were excellent. In fact, based on their work, we hired them permanently following the forth cleaning. I find the ladies polite, trustworthy, hard-working and pleasant.

We hired iClean to perform a whole house clean on our current house and then hired them again to perform a "move out" cleaning of a house we put on the market. We are so pleased and impressed with the thoroughness and meticulousness of their work, that we have since retained them to clean our house every two weeks. We recommend iClean without hesitation or equivocation!

The owner, Adan Acosta, came out and went thru our house with me, listening to what I wanted done, and explaining in detail what his cleaners would do. He gave me an estimate that I considered fair. His cleaners arrived promptly, and were nice, efficient workers. They cleaned every surface of my home from top to bottom, doing an excellent job. Adan came back that day to check on the job. Even though I think it took longer than he expected, he stuck with his original estimated price. I will certainly use them for any future housecleaning.

The cleaning crew arrived on time with all of the materials they would need. They were quiet, and very thorough in their top to bottom cleaning approach. When all of the cleaning was not able to be finished in the allotted time, the companies owner made arrangements to have a crew come the next day to finish the job. The job was bigger than was originally thought, due to the service being purchased online (sight unseen). The cleaning crew and the owner were very concerned about doing a good job rather than a fast one (although they did work quickly). I am so impressed with the service that I have decided to use them every month, so the job won't get so big.

The manager was very professional and gave an accurate estimate of the cleaning cost based on my description of the work required over the phone. Additionally, he was present pre and post cleaning to make sure I was satisfied. They were compete in a couple of hours and did a great job.

This is my third time using iClean. I have been very happy with the punctual and thorough cleaning services they have provided. I have a small in-door dog that I worry about getting loose and I have come to completely trust the cleaning staff to enter the home and be friendly with my dog. They did an amazing job with my shower and my home was a pleasure to see after a long day at work. Adan is very professional and a great person. Your satisfaction is his priority. Thanks iClean!

The team cleaned the house well, with attention to details. One of our toilets which was neither used nor cleaned very much in the past developed hard water stains. They were able to make it look like new again during the first deep clean session. The glass shower doors were also cleaned to look quite spotless, something we found hard to do. We have them now clean our house every 2 weeks. Patio, shower glass doors, mirrors are all cleaned well. The house looks and feels very clean and good overall, after service. The manager is easy to work with. If at first your wood floors do not look as clean and stain free after they clean and have been trampled on for a bit; it is probably due to the product they use and not the effort. I had them switch to our preference which is Bona hard wood floor cleaner instead which results in floors which stay looking good longer.

The service was good. They came out probably two or three weeks after I purchased the Big Deal and there were no additional charges to the $120 Big Deal purchase price. They were very efficient and did a good job. I think they were right on-time.
