Description of Work: Had provider do a move-out cleaning and carpet cleaning. The carpet shampoo machine did NOT remove enough moisture from carpet. Hence, carpet & sub floor stayed too wet, did not deodorize, still smelled of pet urine (from previous renter's pets). We lost $400.+ from our deposit. Talked to provider several times, he would not take ownership of the issue. Would not use or refer his services again...

Description of Work: First service in mid-September was for the $400 special deep clean followed by 2 more visits of regular cleaning. I was so impressed and pleased with their service that I'm now on a monthly cleaning schedule with them. They are fast, yet thorough, and my home has never looked so good!

Description of Work: Cleaned very thoroughly, two hours each visit, four visits. Focused on certain locations of the house and did a fantastic job in those areas. Wish the whole house would've been cleaned each time but the professionals were very open to requests for areas to be cleaned. I think it's simply fine tuning what I want with they are able to do in the time allotted. All in all a great service for a good price.

Description of Work: Move out clean. The owner was fantastic, very professional and quick to remedy any concerns. The cleaning staff, one in particular, seemed annoyed that I requested a couple of items be cleaned more thoroughly. They did a great job overall. The refrigerator looked brand new!
