Description of Work: We used them last year to drain and clean our hot tub. They were great. This year, however, we cannot even get a call back to schedule services. We've been trying for months.

I let Angie's List know this service was not performed and that I wanted a refund at least 2 times before this and have not had a response. I do not want this service; I DO WANT A REFUND. I had it taken care of already. I AM VERY VERY ANGRY AND HAVE THE EXPERIENCE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IMPORTANT TO ANGIE'S LIST

Description of Work: Never called to set up appointment, which they had agreed to do. I called and then they did not show up and said they would call to reschedule but never did until I called again. Then they said they serviced hot tub but admit they did not clean filters after I called and again had to return to finish job.

Description of Work: This was supposed to be a spa maintenance call, and they were supposed to clean the spa cover. The cover was only washed off & is still dirty.

Description of Work: Our hottub started blowing fuses. Called the Spa Place, left voice mail. Rec'd call back within a few hours and scheduled the repair on a Sunday afternoon. Gentleman showed up on time, was very thorough and troubleshot the problem. Spent well over 1 1/2 hours troubleshooting, fixed the problem, gave me instruction if problem should happen again. Hot tub still working with no problems to date. Great customer service, and will definitely use the Spa Place for any hottub problems in the future.

Description of Work: I have been servicing my hot tub using another provider for chemicals. When a friend recommended Hot Tubs Albuquerque I decided to give them a try in winterizing my tub, never done it myself. Included was putting the tub back on line. Wow! what a good decision. Not only was my tub cleaner than I had ever been able to accomplish I learned so much about chemicals and that what I had been doing was actually counter productive. His service included draining the tub and cleaning it, that was done in November, and coming back in February to fill the tub, chemically balance it, replace the filter and the silver cartridge, and supplied me with the chemicals I need to maintain and instructions on how to do it. The tub is crystal clean and feels soooo good. I highly recommend Steve at Hot Tubs Albuquerque.
