HOOVER'S AIR DUCT CLEANING

The crew from Hoover's called to let us know they were on their way. Arrived on time. Once here, they were very, very professional and friendly. All of the crew removed their shoes while in the house. They also stopped & explained what they were doing during each stage of the process. I would definitely use Hoover's again & recommend them!! Very professional. Efficient.

Marshall arrived with his crew and thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent from behind the dryer and up on the roof. They were thorough, fast, neat and very professional. I will be using them in the future and highly recommend them.

They came promptly at the time appointed and did a thorough job of cleaning our vents that had been only cleaned once before in 28 years. They wore booties and used masks while in the house and cleaned up thoroughly. It took about half a day to do the work. The owner also went and found replacements for the rusted vents, looking for the best deal in town, and had them installed. I was impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Will definitely use them again and sooner than once every 15 years.

Called them on a Saturday morning after the washer/dryer repair tech recommended that we have the dryer vent cleaned. Musta been a slow day, because they came to the house within a couple hours of the call. The unpacked their gear and set about cleaning the vent. One guy on the roof, and one guy in the laundry room. Very efficient, very professional. Done in a few minutes. Excellent job. Recommended that we have them clean the A/C ducts, but we declined. Very pleased with them.

This job had been neglected for at least 10 years, so there was a lot to clean out. They did it quickly and efficiently, in about an hour. These guys really know what they're doing!

I called at about 3:30pm about a possibly deceased animal in the dryer vent; they were here within three hours. They cleaned out the vent, found and removed a dead bird and a nest, and replaced a hose. They were polite and professional, and the dryer is back in service.

We seem to have less dust. The workers were good, they were professional, and they took really good care not to spray dust on things with their hoovers. It took them a few hours, and they did a nice job, they cleaned up very well.

They cleaned the duct from both the bottom and top ends. They were on time, very professional and made sure that there vacuum hoses did not touch the walls.

Hoover;s Air Duct cleaning sent out a crew of three to clean my vents. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The furnace filter being included in the price was an added benefit I was surprised to receive. They also informed me about whether or not it ws beneficial to install vent filters in each duct, and they advised against it due to air flow restriction. They were honest about all costs we would incur and even advised to have the dryer lint vent cleaned since it would be cheaper since they were already on the premises. Any questions that I had were answered and they worked quickly and efficiently. They laid down towels to prevent any dust from flying around and they insured the house was clean when they completed the job I am very satisfied with this company and I will be using them in the future. I will also recommend them to anyone who asks about a good duct cleaning company.

Awesome service! Marshal and his crew are true professionals. They are beyond cordial and are even more efficient. I can't even begin to explain how unusual this level of professionalism is but simply know you will not be disappointed. It is awesome to see this level of ethical balance in a company. It may be "just vents" but they go well beyond.

Thought that the ducts were still dirty months later,but after Marshall and his crew came back out to show me they were clean and the dust is coming from another source. He offered to clean them again but I don't believe it would help since the ducts are clean. Excellent response time.

Fantastic! I contacted the owner, Marshall Hoover, yesterday to get a price. He answered later the same day, and I scheduled through Angie's List very early this afternoon. Marshall messaged me right away to have me call to schedule, which I did right away. He indicated he was actually able to do the work this afternoon between 2:00 and 4:00 (he explained that they try to do all work the same day, schedule permitting), and he and his crew of two were actually here promptly at 2:00! What a great experience; not only did they clean out the vent, and Marshall explained everything they were doing, but they replaced the tubing from the dryer to the venting that led to the wall where the roof venting started as the original was creased since the install several years ago........Marshall explained that problem was likely causing some blockage ever since the install! The worker who replaced the tubing also explained to me that he was also replacing the clamp that holds the tubing in place. The worker on the roof said that the previous air duct cleaner left the venting cap on the roof loose, and that he replaced all the screws and assured that the cap was secure. This has been my best experience through Angie's List, by far, since I've been with them......I highly recommend Hoover and will never use anyone else; they may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I am very pleased that I got my money's worth, and more if you consider the overall experience.........they even take their shoes off when they come in the house to use an outlet and/or collect payment.......how refreshing and thoughtful! Besides the great work, Marshall and his crew are extremely professional and friendly.......what a pleasure working with them!

This cleaning involved going up on the roof to clean out vents. Mr. Hoover also discovered a hose that was leaking and replaced it. He and helper seemed most competent and efficient.

They were prompt, polite and very thorough. They cleaned the entire duct system. They washed and replaced exiting vent covers and installed some new vent covers. They were very careful of furniture, floors and corners. Very clean and neat. They gave us a complimentary dryer duct cleaning which included going up on the roof. They cleaned our HVAC filters. We highly recommend them. Our recently purchased house had a musty, cat smell. As soon as they were finished we noticed the smell was gone.

Referred to Hoover from ABC repair due to questions of 10 yo washer and dryer issues. ABC said to try to clean the dryer vents first so I called Hoover. They answered quickly and scheduled for about 4 pm for the same day. They called and came about noon instead. There were three people who worked both from the dryer end and on the roof backwards thru the vent. They were friendly, fast, and seemed to be complete. The price was going to be 110 but Mr. Hoover offered the Angie's list discount spontaneously which I appreciated. The price may have been a little higher than another offer from a year ago but probably not significantly so. I used the dryer later that day and it was improved and back to like new. They left a nice magnet on the dryer for future needs. They were pleasant and professional and I would both refer others to them and use them again. Same day and expedited service gets major points.

Very professional service by Derrik and Moises. While my scheduled appointment time was between 4:00 and 6:00 PM, I received a call at 4:25 saying they were running a little late. It was nice to get the call so I could clear the area around the dryer. The dryer vent has not been cleaned out in 20+ years so my wife though it best to have it cleaned out. They pulled out a few hand fulls of lint that had built up at the outlet on the roof. I will have this procedure done every two years as recommended by Hoovers.

Marshall and crew were very careful about keeping my house clean. They removed their shoes each time they came into the house. They had towels to put down in all the places they might have gotten dirty. Marshall cleaned my vent covers with a toothbrush. I had just moved into this house and I don?t think the vents had ever been cleaned. They put new screws in the vents when they put them back on. Overall it was a fantastic service. I will use them again.

Ran the hoses through the front door. Plugged in the vacuum on front porch. Doffed their shoes in the house and used towels everywhere to pad the hoses and cords around corners. Very neat and clean in their work, swiffered and dust-bustered after the job. Oh, and swept the front porch, which needed it. Left the place cleaner than they found it.. Ducts had almost certainly never been cleaned in this 35 year old house and had had a smoker resident, perhaps more than one during it's history. Extremely dirty ducts, Extremely, as I saw. Installed the new duct covers we had bought (old ones were rusted out), gave us a cute coffee mug, and did the job in about 2.5 to 3 hours. Delighted.

After having my dryer serviced, I was told I needed to have the vent cleaned. I called Hoover's and they were more than helpful. It was easy to schedule the appointment. They were on time to work on the dryer. I really appreciated their professionalism. Also, they were fast and left the room where the dryer is clean.
