They were great. They came out early. They were really professional and efficient. They did the work very quickly. Their prices were good. When I compared their price with the other companies, they did offer me a better deal. They did some additional work that wasn?t included in the price. I was given the number of the owner; so it was definitely easy to get hold of them. I?d definitely use them again in the future.

He was very nice man. I have very old ducts. Unfortunately, there are 2 parts to the duct cleaning process. One is the vacuuming part. The other part is when the person goes in and brushes the duct. My ducts have a 90 degree bend and he could not do the brushing part. It was not his fault but it was disappointing for me. I had the ceiling and ducts painted recently. The ducts have probably not been removed in 50 years. When he removed them, they got scratched. A part of the ceiling got damaged as well. However, he agreed to split the difference to get it repaired. I thought that was ultimately fair. He left the covers off so that they could be done. He said he would come back and do it. I think that was more than fair.I would probably not use them again more because of the nature of the ducts in my house and not because of the people who cleaned it.

It went very well and I would recommend them again. It was a new house for us but a very used house and they got an amazing amount of ick out of our vents.

I was extremely impressed with the service that I received from Hoover's Air Duct Cleaning Inc. I received a very fair estimate in advance. Marshall Hoover and his assistant arrived promptly and they were very thorough and accurate in their work. They were very professional, friendly and helpful and they even gave me a Hoover's Magical Mug before they left!

Marshall made an exception in his scheduling to come today. He was most professional in his manner and went right up on the roof to clean the vent. Found the vent full of debris and cleaned it all out. He will contact me in two years when it will be time to clean it again. Marshall presented me with a coffee mug to advertise his services, saying some of his clients have the mug after 10 years.

The referrals from Angie's List got me started, but did not work out: Donner Plumbing (don't do duct cleaning), Preferred Plumbing (I would never use again, not treated well), AB Plumbing (don't do duct cleaning, but kind and tried to be helpful), Mr. Plumber (never answered my call). I finally tried my favorite carpet cleaning company as they advertised duct cleaning, but they don't do that anymore and recommended Hoover's Air Duct Cleaning. As I trust ChemDry of ABQ,Carpet Cleaning. I took their recommendation, and called Hoover's. The estimate was by phone, $225.00 plus tax ($240.47 total) for the number of registers in the house. Twenty dollars extra for registers numbering 11 or more per register. I took a chance, and made the appointment which was one week after I called. He only has a one line ad under air duct cleaning, but has been in business 15 years (once under another name Clean Air). His partner did the primary job, and was good, careful, and neat, name, Nova.
