OUTSTANDING JOB. If you need your heat ducks and dryer vents cleaned I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hoovers!! They are the most professional cleaning crew I have ever hired. They did everything to prevent dirt from falling on furniture. (They even took their shoes off when then came into the house) THe removed all heat vent covers and washed them, they vacuumed out all the heat vents along with intake vents. They cleaned the back of our dryer along with going up on the roof to vacuum out the dryer vent. They worked so well together each one of them had their own duties and the process took about 2 hours. Before leaving they cleaned up after themselves, also going around with a small vacuum. In this day and age it is amazing to have someone come into your home to do such a service and treat it as their own. NEED AIR DUCT/DRY VENTER CLEANING? Make sure you call Marshall.

I left a message on their voice mail and they called me back promptly. We scheduled an appointment for the same week. They set a time and called that day to say they could come earlier. They arrived on time, were professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion. The price charged was exactly what was quoted on the phone. One person was outside cleaning the dryer vent and another person was inside doing the same. Very efficient. They even cleaned up all the lint that was on the floor and surrounding area since my dryer vent was not attached properly when they arrived. They reattached it using a different clamp so the problem would not recur. I was pleased with their service and would use them again.

Hoover air duct cleaning was extremely professional. They kept me well informed with exactly what they were going to do. They took there shoes off before entering into the different areas of the house. They did exactly what they said they were going to do by cleaning the ducts and vents and did a good job doing so. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Very satisfied! I would highly recommend this service by this company if you need it done.

This is the second time I've used Hoover's for duct cleaning. They came when they said they would. The crew was very neat and efficient. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, enough so that you knew it was done well. They vacuumed out the furnace and the dryer duct. Clean-up put all the cleaned registers back and reset the furniture that had been moved.

We had recently purchased a new home and as an allergy suffer I required that all vents blowing air be cleaned to ensure I would have no respitory issues. We called Hoovers becasue they had a great following on angieslist. I was very surprised how professional and coutious the staff was even the owner came to the job and woked. His crew removed every duct cover and cleaned them of all debris and dust. They used towels to ensure the dust and debris would not spread all over the house during the cleaning. The team was very careful since my ducts are not metal but hose like not to tear or destroy them in any way. They clean the furnace area and changed the filter and return air duct below the furnace was immaculate. During the cleaning they offered to check the dryer vent and found it was 80% clogged and based on that we cleaned it to prevent fires. They changed out my dryer vent hose and the baffel on top of the roof for free nice guys. Overall I loved there service and was very happy with the outcome. I recommended them to many friends and they were happy as well. Thanks again A++++ job.

They placed coverings over furniture beneath their work areas. They cleaned up after they finished and replaced the furniture. They are very polite and professional in thier approach to the work. Wow. Super impressed. Called today after a negative experience with another company, expecting to have to make an appointment and wait. They came out TODAY! I was so happy because I had to wait a week and a half for the other company and in that time had held off on doing laundry for fear of a fire. So I'm sure you can imagine how happy I am to start the washing!! They were punctual, professional, quick, AND the price was better than quoted! Thank you guys so much, I will call again and tell my friends and family! I highly recommend this company!

They were really good. They were so good that I tipped the workers $20 each. The first thing they did when they came in was to take their shoes off. They put a towel down and took their shoes off. The estimate was $300 and with the tax it was $332, which was pretty fair. It was pretty average for this area. They were right on time and polite. They were respectful of our home, which was important to us. I took several of his cards because I have friends.

They showed up right when they said they would and were very professional. All three of them are so nice. They took their shoes off at the door and made sure not to get dirt anywhere. I could say they left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived! They even took their time taking off the vents as to not mess up the paint much. Touch up was minimal. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family!

This is one of the most professional companies I've ever worked with. They will not leave until the job is done correctly and they charge a very fair price.

We had all of our (22 total) heater and air conditioning vents cleaned. They came within the stated appointment time, were very polite, professional and clean. Marshal and his team also cleaned the heater unit and our dryer vent. We highly recommend them and will use them again if and when the need arises.

Our service was scheduled for between 9AM and 10 AM. Marshall Hoover and his team arrived at 8:57 AM. The first thing they did was set up the house to make sure all areas were protected from potential hose scrapes, dust and debris landing on furniture, etc. They examined the type of ductwork and determine the best method to clean it without causing any damage. They removed and cleaned all vent covers, vacuumed all the ductwork, cleaned the furnace, replaced the filters, cleaned the dryer vent and replace the dryer vent hose. The house was purchased in the early 1980's and we don't believe the air vents had ever been cleaned out. Marshall and his team did an outstanding job taking just over 3 hours to ensure everything was thoroughly clean. Although to some people the price may seem a little high, the quality of the work truly justifies the cost. I will definitely be calling them again when the ducts need to be cleaned again.

We called Hoovers and recieved an estimate for duct cleaning and after agreement on cost and work items had them scheduled to come out on 2/28/2013. The work crew was on time and very professional in their preparation and were very meticulous to ensure our furniture was protected while doing their work. The crew worked effectively and professionally and completed their work in about 2.5 hours. They even cleaned our dryer vents and replaced a broken vent hose, cleaned under the dryer and replaced everything as part of the clean up. I would highly encourage people to use this company if they feel they have air quality issues in their homes.

Mr Hoover arrived on time with his 2 employee helpers and they removed their shoes and put on booties so as not to soil our carpets. They did a very professional job of cleaning the ducts and the grills and the filter pads without dropping dirt into the house. And they had covered all furniture near the vents with drop cloths. The work seems to have been exactly what we needed. The vents had not been cleaned since they were installed into this new house 3 years ago. Trditionally, construction dirt contaminates the new air ducts. My wife before the cleaning had to dust every few days. In 2 weeks she has not had to dust. We will have to review that somewhat later. Overall we were pleased with the work. We had even had a discount of $50 on the $100 dryer vent cleaning charge. The worker was on our roof and it seems that NO roof tiles were broken. Big plus.
