They cleaned my ducts and threw in my dryer exhaust free of charge. I plan on hiring them again this year.

Mr. Hoover and his crew arrived on time and ready to go to work. They were efficient, thorough, and careful. They insisted on leaving their shoes off even though we told them several times they didn't have to do that. Towels were placed to protect walls, beds were covered were necessary and air ducts were completely cleaned-including air duct covers themselves. Our dryer vent goes through the roof and they replaced the vent cap with a proper one since the one on there was a gas furnace type and they did it for free! They also changed out our furnace filter complimentary and left us with a spare. I will definitely use this company in the future and have recommended them to friends-one of which had her house done today and was as pleased with the service as we were. You will pay a little more than other companies but the additional is well worth it!

They were great. They came out the same day that I called. They were professional and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were in and out. The fee was the fee and they did not tell me all of the stuff I needed. They have good reviews on Angie's List. They did a thorough job. I will call them back when I need the whole house done. I would use them again.

This service was immaculate on all counts. Mr. Hoover and his crew go beyond what was expected in performing their craft. They are professional, friendly, respectful, clearly love what they do and were a joy to have in my home. Shoes off, corners protected and questions answered...Mr. Hoover even went off to purchase a special ladder required to clean a hard to reach cold air return duct. When they left, my house was feeling fresh and cleaner than when they arrived. As a note, I had been renovating my house for the last several months and noticed as I painted the baseboards, that they became dusty within a few days. I have never used a duct cleaning service before and now I highly recommend it, especially when moving to a new house. My house was built in 1990 and most likely had never had the ducts cleaned in all it's 24 years. Yuk!

They did an outstanding job. The house was built in 1995 and we just went to refrigerated air and the house was always dusty. He came in did a complete vent cleaning and now no more dust. The vents were very dirty with calcium dust from the swamp cooler. They were very professional, showed on time, clean, and cleaned up after the project was complete. I am happy with the price. Mr. Hoover and his crew were careful in going about their jobs--even to the point of removing their shoes upon entering the house--and went the extra mile when they cleaned our dryer exhaust. They replaced our exhaust vent cap at no charge. We would definitely use them again.

This company provided the MOST THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE I have ever encountered in my home! They arrived on time, introduced themselves, immediately removed their shoes before coming into my home and immediately went on a tour of what I needed done. The owner of the company and his two employees got right to work: bringing-in vacuum hoses, tools, etc. They used towels everywhere...to cover any items that might even slightly be in the way; in the corners where a hose might touch the wall; on the stairs to prevent any hose contact with wall surfaces. If possible, this company and the two employees should be rated A+++++! Truly, the most amazing service available - anywhere. They were all polite, courteous and it was evident they not only knew exactly what to do, but did it with great skill and care. This is the Cream of the Crop!

Nothing but positive things to say. Upon first contact Marshall answered phone, set up appt for following week. They arrived exactly ontime, removed their shoes each time when entering the home. Spent about 2.5 hours cleaning, and going above and beyond by replacing air filter, and providing outdoor faucet covers. We will use Hoover in future, and have already referred family to them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

They "respected" my place, being especially careful of my walls/baseboard/flooring. They did a very good job. They were courteous, as well.

Marshall Hoover and his two assistants did an outstanding job of cleaning our dryer vent on very short notice. I called late Saturday night, expecting only to leave a message on the company phone so they would contact me Monday morning. Instead, Marshall, the owner, answered and set up an appointment for Monday around noon. And in fact, they showed up on time and ready to work. They were very careful and respectful of our home and insisted on removing their shoes while in the house. They were all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about their jobs and I felt I got excellent service for a fair price. I would highly recommend them for any duct or vent cleaning.

I have to say first that I am not easily impressed. I have been self-employed and now battle hardened in the workforce wrestling with vendors all day long. Marshall and his band of merry men are a class act. I was prepared for a mess, and I am a little fanatic at being clean. Of course they had to drag hoses and electric cords through the house, but they took precautions around every corner not to scratch walls or baseboards. They removed shoes coming in and out without my saying anything. Impressive because that is what I usually require. Everything was covered in the vicinity of the work. Marshall went beyond the mere minimum in his work. He noted the filter I had in the furnace was cheap. I have recently moved in and still to become familiar with a lot around here. So this insight was appreciated. He replaced the filter with better one. I was given insulators for the outside faucet. Certainly not his job. Just all over they did a great job above and beyond duty with absolute courtesy and professionalism. Totally impressed! I am not hesitating in saying I would use them again, and I recommend his business to you if you are looking for this service. You will not be disappointed.

Marshall pointed out several oddities I never had noticed (a vent register put on backwards, furnace filter kludged together by our plumbing company, etc). He fixed the connection of the dryer to the vent which had always been a source of frustration for me. All this as part of the standard service. They were clean, friendly, and efficient. Would definitely hire them again!

Last week, I called and left a message on Marshall?s voice mail for an appointment to come over our house and clean our dryer vent. Within minutes he called me back and set the appointment. Today, Marshall came with his crew. This is the second time I have him over to clean our dryer vent; the first time was two years ago. Like two years ago, he and his crew were on time, friendly, courteous and efficient. I?m very pleased with his service and highly recommend this company.

Air duct,furnace and clothes dryer cleaning They were great!

Marshall Hoover and his crew of two others arrived on time and began work promptly. They covered areas affected by the cleaning and proceeded to remove all the duct covers and vacuum the entire duct area which was very dirty. I could immediately smell the difference in the air in the house which was much cleaner after the service. They were polite and respectful of my space and were within the range of their initial estimate. Price was understandable and fair based on the number of ducts in my house. They worked continually until the job was done.

They were very efficent and punctual. did a great job, even cleaned the vent covers. We were very happy with the work.

The owner and two assistantsd were curteous, friendly, and professional. They worked efficiently as a team and didn't waste time. They removed a lot of old dust from the HVAC system and left my house with cleaner air flowing through the heating and cooling systems. The owner even pointed out two closed-off ducts that belonged to my swamp cooler system. Until then I hadn't known what those ducts were for.

Marshall Hoover and his two workers showed up on time and ready to go. They had a large custom vacuum with three separate motors and they could set up three vacuum lines at the same time. Each motor had to be set up on its own circuit to avoid overload and they left the machine outside and ran lines inside. Marshall then ran a camera to the blockage as well as his vacuum hose and eventually, they discovered what turned out to be a piece of insulation that must have been left when the building was being built in 1975. He worked and got out all of the debris that was around it and eventually got it out. It was about 12 inches by 6 inches. They worked at the blockage from the bedroom and bathroom vents and everything was done in an efficient and businesslike manner and they cleaned up entirely after they were finished. They will be the only ones that I ever recommend and I will call them first whenever I have a problem in the future. I had called Marshall and sent him a video of the obstruction that I knew was in the line from the duct inspection that had been done two weeks earlier. I had contacted another company through Angie's list to do the duct cleaning on a coupon, but I went back after I was directed to their coupon and I found Hoover's and I was impressed with their reviews. I did not mind getting one company to do a good duct cleaning and then have another company work to clear the obstruction that was there. Ultimately, I was not at all satisfied with the company that came to do the duct cleaning, but I ended up being more than thoroughly satisfied with Hoover's Duct Cleaning.
