Robert the sales rep was very professional and was able to answer all of our questions. The installers were on time and even vacuumed after themselves. We are very satisfied.

Worthless service. Constant charges of mysterious late fee finance charges even though I pay monthly. This company is so unprofessional that I had to remind them to ask for my password when calling about triggered alarms. They do not deserve the degree of trust expected for safeguarding family and home. Look elsewhere. These people are in it for maximum money at minimum effort on their part. Shameful, really.

I am not at all happy with the company. The biggest problem I have with them is the owner who is arrogant, does not ever wants to admit that he has a problem and wants to say it your problem. We called them with a problem at night with our alarm and the young man at the desk was very nice but he was unable to get any other technicians on call or answer the call. Then the next day when I talked to the owner, he was as usual as I had confrontations with him before was arrogant and I probably would be changing company. I mainly have problem with the attitude of the owner but the employees are fine as they call you when the alarms goes off and that type of thing. The performance is okay but when you have a problem the owner is very unresponsive.

Made an appointment to have an installation estimate done. The individual failed to show for the appointment. I called the company and asked if they would call the individual and have him call us, but we received no call. While making the appointment I stated we had already purchased a video surveillance system and wanted it installed. The individual I spoke with seemed to be more interested in selling me something than my potential business.

We understand our system better. They have been prompt and the help us as much as they can.

WE REALLY LIKE THE ALARM SYSTEM AND WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND SERVICES. THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING A GOOD QUALITY ALARM SYSTEM.
