They were fine. They had the hose package, and use stainless steal hoses. The problem was they couldn't install the dishwasher. Our pipe, valve was leaking under the sink. They tried to take it off, and was afraid to break it. We had to bring in an plumber to fix that valve. The thing that was disappointing was they were there that morning, and we had it fixed by two in the afternoon. We called them, and they said, oh no, you will have to wait another week. We are out of schedule. That kind of made us mad. They were just here an hour ago. Come on, its still the same day. It was forty five minutes before we got the plumber out, even though he was there to service our air conditioner. He called his partner who does plumbing. It was fixed in forty five minutes. They could have come back. We could have waited that day for them to come back. I guess they didn't want to make over time. It was ok. They weren't available forty five minutes later, and that makes us mad. Somebody else came out to install it. It wasn't the same man, and they taken some hoses off and stuff. It was a little confusing. They did a fine job. They blew me off. We had to only wait an extra hour for them to come out.

Overall, we are very unhappy with home depot. We end up taking back about 40 percent of what we buy because it is defective. Wish there was a Lowes close by.

We are very unhappy with the service provided by Home Depot. We feel like we were victims of a "Bait and Switch". Home Depot presented us with efficient Energy Star Windows from Simonton during the sales process. The windows were more expensive than the bid received from a competitor. However, the Simonton windows had an excellent warranty and Home Depot promised us a low "drama" installation process. (We previously had a bad experience with another provider.) We signed a contract and schedule the work. The work happened ahead of schedule and the installers were very friendly and worked hard. However, there was a heal print in the dry wall on an elevated ledge we told them not to stand on. During the installation we noticed the wrong windows were being installed and several of the windows arrived with damaged frames. These were not the windows agreed to in the signed contract. We raised the concerns to the New Mexico staff during the installation and an told them several of the windows were loose and did not fit properly. They were not responsive to our concerns. After a couple of months of delays and missed deadlines we elevated our concerns to the corporate level. A representative from Arizona quickly contacted us and investigated the situation. He finally agreed that we did not get what was in our contract. We proposed two solutions and were willing to discuss in detail. He was apparently not empowered to address our concerns. After several weeks he notified us that he would forward our proposed solutions to his Manager in California. It is now Fall and we do not have a path forward and the windows may need to be replaced during cold weather. We will provide everyone an update once Home Depot finally gets back to us.

There were some "hiccups". The cabinets arrived without the skins on their sides. Those had to be ordered. There was a small patch of mold found behind the old sink. Had to call in the guys in the white suits!! This all set us back 2-2 1/2 weeks. Mold wasn't Home Depot's fault. Here is my big "unhappy". I will never again let into my house the guys who did the floor tile. I didn't like the supervisor's condescending attitude. They did not lay down any floor covering on any adjoining carpeting. The baseboards left a lot to be desired. (Their contractor came a couple weeks later and fixed the baseboards). The 4 tilers were slobs. To this day our driveway is splotched with mastic and groat.... and I can't get it off.

The sales person at the store was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. She provided good information about quality and performance and made suggestions that helped me stay within my price range. The in-home measurement was scheduled promptly, they showed up on time and took the measurements very quickly. Shades arrived earlier than promised and were installed with no problems. Very happy with results.

There were communication problems. They didn’t meet the order quite right, so and they had to come back and fix it.

The biggest problem that I had was their lack of communication about the process and the steps. They were not all prompt about anything. When we tried to get more information about appointments on when they are coming to do the work, they were vague and unresponsive. So we ended up sub-contracting with an installer. It took us two months before we finished the floor because they were very unresponsive. They told us that the workers for the installation resigned and that is the reason for their delay. Had I known about it, I would have been more patient. But it was just awful. Their communication was just horrible. It made our lives pretty miserable for a while. They also did not also tell us that they still had to order the flooring and it was not on stock. They were unprofessional. Everything went terrible. The only that was okay was the price. The quality of the work is beautiful and the material but it was not home depot who did it. The sub contractors did a very good job.

We were very happy with their work. They were very prompt and on time. They came when they said they would be here. We would definitely use them in the future.

They are very nice. They are in the process of putting on the roof now. It is going well so far. They have been really accomodating and have followed up with us to make sure the workers showed up.

They came out at 9 am and were finished at 2 pm. Fast and polite. Received about 1200 square feet of carpet.

They were pricey. What I disliked was that there were too many people involved. We talked to one person and then set up something with another person and then another person came out and that was a little cumbersome. The thing I liked about them is that it is a recognized company.

The experience was ok. I went in looking to replace the front door knob and dead bolt and had to ask for directions to the aisle. The associate that gave directions was pleasant. Once in the aisle and looking at the few knobs and dead bolt combinations I had questions about keying them to my current key. It took about 10 minutes to find someone to help. He was pleasant but not overly friendly and it took a few questions to get an answer. This particular dead bold you keyed yourself at home. My normal feelings about Home Depot are not very positive and this visit did not improve my feelings. However, the associates did seem to be more helpful than usual but still difficult to locate.

Overall the process went well, but because of all the steps that you have to go through to assure and quot;qualityand quot; too many people get involved in the project and communication errors result. Biggest problem is that you have to deal with a project manager who is based in Phoenix, which in the summer has a one hour time difference. The person who came to take the final measurements did not come during the promised time window. When he finally contacted me he stated that he did not get any information on my home and had to wait an extra hour to contact Phoenix for them to fax him the info. After taking the measurements, he did explain the estimated time frame for having the windows installed. The installation date was actually 5 days before the original estimated date. The installation crew was on time and very professional. They stated that they were not told that some of the windows were on the second floor and as a result did not bring a tall enough ladder. Even though the Home Depot is two miles from my house, they stated that they had to go get their own ladder which took over an hour. The crew cleaned up and disposed of all the trash. I am very pleased with the windows but wish Home Depot could have a local project manager as this would eliminate many communication errors.

The measurements were accurate and the service was superb. I was able to save money due to their work.

Overall, it was okay. The people that installed the door took awhile to call; they didn't keep up on it. They are very polite, they do a wonderful job, and they clean up after themselves.

The Home Depot process started off poorly but ended well. No show, no call on initial estimate appointment, but came the next day. Estimater was helpful, professional and pleasant. Project coordinator was also personable and helpful. Installers did a great job-no stucco damage, cleaned up after themselves. The main frustrations occurred with the coordination between the office in Phoenix and the customer. They were not prompt in returning phone calls several times. The face to face staff were great though. The windows have made a huge difference in the comfort of my home.

Placing the measurement order at Home Depot went quickly enough. The installer that they sent to do the estimation and measurement showed up on time and answered my questions thoroughly. He seemed to know what he was doing. Placing the actual order was a fine, but their standard form assumes that the door is not being installed so some of the clauses did not apply which required me to ask for clarification. The installation went smoothly, except the installer told me after installation that both sides of the double door had holes cut for the doorknob and deadbolt which he'd never seen before and for which I didn't have hardware. A call to Home Depot found that it was their error and they would reorder the "stationary" side of the door and give me covers for the holes in the meantime. My husband was concerned with this solution because he thought they'd never get the hinges on the new door so the door fit exactly right. A few days later, I received a call from Home Depot. They also felt that a new door wouldn't fit exactly right so recommended that they just provide me with hardware for the extra holes and cancel the door order. I agreed, picked up the matching hardware which they very nicely re-keyed to fit my existing keys, and my husband installed the hardware. (He found that a small block of wood was missing from the true deadbolt hole, but was able to find a work-around.) A week later, I got a call that my door was ready for pick-up. I explained the situtation and I guess it was all taken care of because I didn't get any more calls. I like the doors.

Purchased opener at local Home Depot store, purchased service for installation. Special Services call shortly thereafter to schedule work. Scheduled same installer to handle opener and ceiling fans purchased. Installer called prior to arrival. Discussed challenges due to garage not being square, need for brace on wall. Made everything fit and demonstrated performance of opener. Programmed second remote when requested. I sanded the door frame to eliminate some rubbing, now works great.

Scheduled install date soon after in-store purchase. Installed called prior to arriving at residence. Very professional installation. Everything works and looks great.

The equipment rental manager was very helpful and courteous. He ensured that I had all of the necessary parts and helped me load them into a rented cargo van. As usual, I needed the scaffold twice as long as anticipated. That was no problem and there was no surcharge. I rented the Home Depot by-the-hour truck to return the scaffold. The rental manager helped me unload the parts during one of Albuquerque's rare rains. That, also, was a simple and convenient process. The scaffold rented for about $20 per day, which was very reasonable.

THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND TIDY. THEY DID ALL THE CLEANUP. THEY WERE PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK IS REALLY GOOD. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

THE DOORS OPEN AND CLOSE WITH NO PROBLEM. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN A COUPLE OF HOURS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THE INSTALLER THEY SENT OVER WAS PRETTY GOOD, AND HE WAS QUICK, TOO. THE STORE PERSONNEL LEAVE SOMETHING TO BE DESIRED, AND THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS KNOWING WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.

I WILL SAY THAT THE WORKERS DEFINITELY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. WE BOUGHT THE DOOR FROM THEM TOO, AND IT IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. MY WIFE AND I ARE ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH HOW THE THING LOOKS.

HOME DEPOT TRIED INSTALLING A DOOR FOUR TIMES, BUT I DON'T THINK THEY WERE QUALIFIED FOR THE JOB. THEY WERE INCOMPETENT, RUDE, UNRESPONSIVE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THE EMPLOYEES WERE JERKS DURING THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE.
