THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH CARPET INSTALLERS. THEY HAD PEOPLE COME IN AT THE LAST MINUTE WHO DIDN'T EVEN WORK FOR HOME DEPOT. THEY WERE LATE GETTING IT DONE, SO I COULD NOT EVEN HAVE THANKSGIVING AT MY HOUSE. IT WAS HORRIBLE.

THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB CONSIDERING, THEY HAD TO COME AND REDO A JOB ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER FOLLOWED UP. THEY ALSO SAVED US SOME MONEY ON SOME EXTRA CARPET. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND RELIABLE.
