Description of Work: I purchased laminate flooring and wanted them to install the flooring. The measurement appointment was fine. After this, I learned that they would not be doing the install, they contract with a 3rd party installer. This installer was very slow to respond, their reviews online were terrible. Once the flooring arrived at Home Depot, they informed me that it would be another couple weeks before they could deliver it. I finally cancelled the order, after some discussion, the manager was unable to find anything in writing that stated I would need to pay a 15-20% re-stocking fee so I was refunded the entire amount. Overall, Home Depot was ok, they need to find another contractor to do their installs. The process was not a smooth process for the customer.

+ -1 moreAwful. One window was ordered incorrectly twice. Too many different people involved, majority of them are out of state. Numerous phone calls were never returned. Took five months from date of original order to second attempt to install an incorrectly ordered window. Install was cancelled 3 different times during the process. Home Depot proudly touts that their windows are guaranteed for life but just try to get someone to come and fix it if it needs adjustment. Install supervisor was very good at passing the buck when something went wrong. The one window that was ordered correctly was professionally installed and is a good quality window. I am obtaining the second window from a local albuquerque company.
