It went very well. They arrived on time, completed the projects and left all work areas clean. They removed the trim debris from the bush. I was very satisfied, and, in fact, have already recommended them to other friends for work that they need done. I will use "Hands On" again in the future.

3 men came and stayed until all the work was done. Everything was done excellent. I for sure will use them again. I could tell they really knew what they were doing. Peter was easy going and was so knowledgeable about everything I asked about. I have already asked him to give me an estimate on another project.

Peter Espitia and his crew arrived when they said they would. I showed them the work to be done and Peter explained fully what the work would entail and who would be doing the work. He and his crew immediately set about getting the various jobs done and completed this work in a very short period of time and at a most reasonable price. I was so impressed with Peter's work that I hired him and his brother Carlos Espitia to remodel a small bathroom: tearing out tub surround, putting in all new plumbing fixtures, replacing drywall, laying tile around the tub, replacing the floor tile, replacing the sink/vanity top. All this was accomplished in less than a week and now we are enjoying a beautiful bathroom with a working shower! Carlos is expert with tile and has an artistic eye. Peter did most of the plumbing work but he is also very good in other areas of construction and repair work. I plan to hire Peter and Carlos for not only future minor repair work, but also to do future remodel work. I highly recommend Peter and his company.

It was mostly okay. Their clean-up was not the best. The work that they did was good. It was an additional $288. The work was very professional and they were helpful. I asked them about a couple of other jobs and they told me how to do it myself to save money. I would use them again.

They're very good. They did a very good job, very neat, cleaned up after themselves, they were very polite and I had no problems with them. The price is fair.

It was pretty good. They came on time and did everything right. It took 2 visits to do it though. They didn’t have all the right equipments with them. They had to go out and get like a different snake. Some of the sink parts weren’t standard so I can understand they had to go out and buy them but they needed a bigger snake than they have and they have it but they didn’t have it with them so that’s why they had to come back. The price was fair except that they had to come back and then I suggested that they change the trap in the shower if they couldn’t snake it and that hadn’t occurred to them so some of the cost was due to things they didn’t think of right away. They prepared what needed to take care of the job but they weren’t exactly totally sure of all of it. They were pretty punctual.

They called ahead to tell me they would be late which was nice, and came with another workman so they could work a shorter amount of time. They were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and I have already scheduled for them to come back to do more work.

He just called back. I told him that I purchased one for myself & one for my father's house next door. He asked how that was possible because it's only one per household. He was immediately rude. I also asked if he could glue a tile back onto my counter top & he said that was not included in handyman services. I also asked if he could fix my window. He said as long as I have the parts because he would have to get the parts which would eat into my time.

The deal was not what I expected it to be.

I found moisture on my outer wall and pooling water on my walkway steps. I was leaving town and Peter agreed to come out the day after I called (a Sunday as I remember) to take a look. It was hard to tell where it was coming from but Peter agreed to come out and do the work. They had to dig up a brick sidewalk and dig around tree roots to get to the splintered landscape pipe. While finishing up that work they also realized there was a small leak coming from refrigerator water line near same wall. Peter repaired all the leaks. My big concern was that once the bricks were dug up, they would would not look quite the same as when they were initially dug out. The brick work also came out very well. My sense is that Peter assesses these difficult situations carefully. He easily could have assumed it was just the PVC pipe but was careful to realize there was additional moisture coming from inside the house. He always does a thorough job. I will definitely use his services again.

I would use Hands On in the future. At this point, I am unable for other reasons, to proceed with the work that was quoted, having nothing to do with Hands On. Peter is responsive, with good follow-up!

Peter is always very responsive and professional. I have had him do many odd jobs around the house and he completes the jobs are always well done. He completes the work in a timely way and communicates the problems that he encounters and he figures out the issues to be fixed. I will use him again in the future.

I called and explained what I needed, Peter gave me a quote and got my address. He texted me 10 min later and said someone would be there within the hour. It was closer to 2 hours, but no complaint because I got same day service on a Friday afternoon! Carlos came out and read the installation manual, inventoried the parts and built the rack on the floor first to make sure his measurements would be good. He ran into a problem at first finding the ceiling joists (my neighbors say they've had the same problem in their garages), but he persisted and adjusted the installation to make it work and still be secure. Once the initial brackets were bolted to the ceiling he quickly built the entire rack. Afterwards he cleaned up and offered to take the packing boxes with him. This "do it yourself" project wasn't as easy as it looked - I'm very glad I called Hands On Company (my weekend would have been ruined if I hadn't.) Instead all was done by Friday evening with quality work, fair price and friendly service. Peter and his crew are very professional -- I will use them in the future for any work around the house I need.

We wanted a pet door installed into the wall of our house. Peter came and did an excellent job of installing it. While he was working on that, he had two of his men come out and do a spring clean up on our lawn. They cleaned out our rock, trimmed our bushes and trees. Our yard looks beautiful and the animals can now get out of the house on their own. Thanks guys!!!
