Description of Work: $79 for 2 Hours of Handyman Service, they installed new door bell and winter proofed front door and hung light and did some drywall.

Description of Work: It started out well, but I realized I paid far to much for the service. They did not pull up all the weeds, and left my back patio, painted one time and it is a mess right now, all chipped. I kept the furniture off for 4 hours as they suggest. Also I am now living in Florida so I do I transfer. I still own my home in Albuquerque.

Description of Work: I purchased 3 hours of handyman service on 2-26-2014. I could not schedule work during the month of March because of my work schedule. When I contacted Peter Espitia in early April the first available appointment was for today 5-9-2013 @ 1:30. He did not show or call at 1:30. At 1:55 I called his number @ (505)506-6122 and left a message that I had been waiting and since I had an appointment he would not be able to complete 3 hours of work that day. I asked for a call back. At 5:30 that day I had not heard from Mr Espitia. This "deal" did not work out. I requested a refund. I need someone reliable who will at the least, be in contact when not able to make the scheduled appointment. The refund went smoothly.

Description of Work: They moved one ceiling fan from one room to another, and installed a new ceiling fan in the first room. They arrived late, and underestimated the time it would take to do the work, so they could not complete it within the time I had paid for, even though their supervisor had assured me it would be no problem to do that project in two hours. That being said, they did a good job on what they did finish, and were polite and professional. I ended up feeling liek I pretty much got what I paid for since it was a pretty big discount.

Description of Work: some services were done fairly well, others poorly. Some work had to be redone. Prices were inflated by charging additional fees for going to get parts and charging more for the parts than he paid for them.

Description of Work: He did some of the work pretty well, other things not so well. Poor cleanup. Has policy of charging additional fees if he has to go get parts, and charging you more for the parts than he paid...thus lining his own pockets at the expense of his customers.

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal coupon for 3 hours work. In fact, I had two workers for 1 1/2 hours. The "helper" did not seem to be very skilled. I was a bit disappointed. I provided a list of tasks to be done in priority order, at the time I scheduled and again on the day of service. Task #4 was tackled, leaving task #3 undone when time ran out. I opted not to have them continue. One of the tasks involved prepping some door frames for repainting. They were severely sun damaged, so I wanted old paint sanded off and cracks filled. Wood putty was spread around, but some of the larger cracks were not adequately filled. Clean up was not great. Primer was applied without protecting surrounding surfaces, so there were some stains and spatters left that should have been cleaned up.

Description of Work: They installed blinds and drapery rods in two rooms. They were on time, very friendly and completely professional. Great job!
