My home computer had become infested with multiple viruses that had it basically shut down. HelpDeskNm came to my home on a Sunday afternoon, repaired my computer, and installed software that will help in the future. This gentleman was prompt and made the repairs quickly. I am out of their service area so usually they charge an out of area charge but because they had had another call in the same area they reduced the charge.

$90 in less than 60 days to this company and i can't help but feel that something was not done from 1st visit. I have owned lap top for 1.5 yrs before any problems. Was convinced by tech that windows 7 was better than windows vista and allowed them to install. Not more than 15 days passed before i noticed blue screens intemittently, poor wifi recognition and connection and finally a corrupt profile not allowing me to use computer. tech said that "somebody" corrupted the profile. If I had the ability to corrupt anything I sure wouldn't be calling anybody to re-install OS system. May have not been this company's fault but the end result is $90 in 2 visits and lost of data x 2. will not call them again and do not recommend.
