Description of Work: Had 2 Baldwin locks that needed parts. The Baldwin company gave me a quote of $975 for the parts alone. Heights had parts made and at a great price. It take a while but they told me that up front so that was not a problem. Especially considering the savings.

Everything was excellent. They guy couldn't have been any better. He came on time, called right before he got here and did the work immediately with no mess. He also made 3 keys free of charge and gave me a senior discount even though I didn't know I was eligible for one.

It was a good experience. I really liked the guy. I thought the prices were reasonable and he showed up on time. He knew what he was doing and gave great advice on security. We really had a good experience with him. He also said that if we ever locked ourselves out, to give him a call, as he didn't live that far away from us. I thought that was kind of nice.

Great. I called and they were able to send someone the next day. He came right on schedule and did a great job. Was only able to make 2 keys, instead of the 5 I wanted, due to some equipment that he was missing, but otherwise, excellent job

The installer was a couple of hours late in arriving but otherwise everything went smoothly. It took him about two hours to install the locks. The locks themselves retail for about $200 each so I think the total price was fair. Overall he did a good job.

LOCKING YOUR KEYS IN THE CAR IS SO EMBARRASSING. I CALLED THEM AT 2 P.M. AND THEY WERE THERE WITHIN HALF AN HOUR, SO I THOUGHT THAT WAS PRETTY GOOD. HE EARNED FIFTY BUCKS IN LESS THAN A MINUTE.
