HECTOR'S TREE TRIMMER

They do a great job! They were very professional, showed up on time, cleaned like you could never tell they were here, polite, courteous, and gave great prices.

Hector gave a price to remove three mid-sized elm trees, which included the stump removal. I aked that a fourth stump be included in the price which he agreed to. The day of the procedure, he finished everything quickly,collected his money and left. When I examined everything afterwards, I found sticks and stems everywhere; he did not remove the 4th stump, and the new bullwire on my fence next to where one of the trees had been cut down was totally bent in three sections. Obviously, I didn't see it happen, but who else could have done it? No one else, including animals, goes back there. I called him the next day, not to complain about the fence because I had no evidence, but to remind him about the forth stump. He said that when he was in the area again he would stop by and remove it. He was no longer nice but combative. He had his money and no longer cared to make things right. I have not heard from him since.

His prices were very good. He didn't leave one stick in my yard. Clean up was excellent. He was very punctual and came back after the work was done to inspect it.

He cut a lot more than I had expected. It didn't kill the tree, but it was more than I had wanted him to do. It didn't look quite right.

They were on time, did a great job, helped us make the correct decisions on how much of the tree to trim. They worked fast and were very safe. Nothing but polite and easy to work with. They trimmed the tree, mulched the trimmings and then ground all the stumps. We added taking out a pine tree for a planned new garage and they did the added work for a very reasonable cost. They cleaned up after themselves and my yard is now much cleaner than ever before! Total time on the job was about 3 hours
