+ -1 moreIt went quite well. I appreciated the fact that Richard was on time for the estimate appointment, called the night before the scheduled work and called when they were on the way. He did exactly what he was asked to do and a little more. I was initially concerned that his quote was a little high but I did some checking and realized that his price was right in the ball park. Richard and his employee (Robert) were very easy to work with. They were polite and professional and I felt very comfortable with them. Richard had me check each portion of the work to make sure I was satisfied before he moved on to the next area. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 large areas of my property and leveled out with bobcat, took down a tree hauled it and trash to dump.

+ -1 moreGREAT! And refreshing to have a service provider do the work they were asked to do. The owner answers the calls himself and returns calls promptly if he is unavailable. Polite, professional, on-time. Personable too. I was comfortable chatting with the workers (one being the owner) as they picked up all the debris. Without hesitation, we will use them again when/if needed. Also, they have a contractors business. For our next project, we will definitely be sure to include them in the runnings of who we obtain estimates from. Yep, all because of what I already wrote. Doing what is asked and paid for and with professionalism goes A LONG WAY. It is difficult to find quality services in Abq and I bring my standards and expectations from growing up in the Midwest.
Description of Work: Removed what our contractor didn't :-) We had a large pile of demo and construction debris sitting on the side of our house. Basically, an entire 1970's bathroom (tile, heavy fake marble sink + cabinet), shower doors, bags of misc, leftovers from renovations. Also, large amounts of floor tile and laminate flooring scraps.

+ -1 moreHaul It All Services is great! Richard arrived for estimate meeting and to do the work exactly at the time promised. Estimated price was the actual price. I needed the work done within two weeks notice to meet a schedule for installation of a new set of PV solar panels. The removal team (Richard and Robert) completed the work without any problems. Even though it was a demo job, they were very careful not to damage anything, working a bucket lift on a trailer in very tight spaces. They cleaned up everything perfectly, and you would never know they were here. They were safe and careful in every respect. Because it was a tough job (or I would have done it myself), I was expecting some problems, but there were none. You can trust this company.
Description of Work: Dismantle job - removed solar panels from a metal roof on a two-story mountain home and hauled them away. This job involved dismantling nine solar panels from a metal roof on a two story house, bringing them safely down without damaging the roof or house, and hauling away the panels and associated piping.

One broken water supply line was handled quickly and professionally. This job would have taken me a week on my own - I would use them again.

+ -1 moreExtremely well! They responded quickly to our initial phone call, scheduled the pickup within a few days, arrived when they said they would, and left with the junk in less than an hour. The crew even swept up the fallen tree leaves along the side of the house and left the area cleaner than it had been in months. Definitely an A+ operation.

Description of Work: Richard and his helper moved a very heavy King mattress from the far side of the house to his truck and took it away for us! I then asked Richard to go to a client's house as she and I had organized her garage and a few other rooms and there were items to dispose of and to donate. Richard gave my client and estimate that she immediately approved of, and he took donate items to a charity, then took the rest of the items to the dump. The next day, Richard returned to my client's home and gave her the tax receipt from the charity. While he was there, Richard also gave my client an estimate to remove her carpet and to install tile. Richard is also a licensed contractor. He will be installing tile in her downstairs, and will probably be installing new kitchen cabinets for her too. I am recommending Richard to all of my client! He is so pleasant, on time, willing to do extra, and has skills that so many of my clients need. I am a Professional Organizer, Redesigner and Home Stager and so I need people that I can rely on to get the job done, to do it well, efficiently and for a fair price. Richard is the man to call if you want hauling OR any kind of contractor services. Richard and his helpers present themselves well: neat and clean and so is their truck! Firm handshakes, smiles and they genuinely care about their business and clients. This is NOT a slipshod operation, but a company with ethics and a standard that I can highly recommend. Too much like dirt - but Richard had done exactly what we had instructed him to do. He came back out to find out what we wanted different. Once we got used to the oranger color, we were OK. Excellent customer service, as usual!

+ 5 moreStarted the view deck project with another contractor that I had to fire. Richard Shaw and his team Bill, Gilbert, and Cecil took over and they were absolutely amazing. They listened, offered a fair price, and performed the work to the high level of quality expectations that I had. They were here at my house day after day until the project was complete. No taking breaks and coming back later. They are the real deal. You want it done right and they get it done. I had a view deck built and I didn't want to worry about having too many people up there. They built the deck stronger than the house itself. The quality of craftsmanship was superb. I do a lot of my own work on my house, cars, boat, you name it. They performed the work better than I could have it done myself and I was truly impressed. When I evaluated contractors for the job I had three things in mind, price - quality - time frame. By far Richard Shaw and his team have everyone else beat hands down. Amazing work, amazing quality, and done for a reasonable amount. Trust me. I don't part with my hard earned dollars very easily but if I ever need anything done with my property my first call is to Richard Shaw because I know it will be done right.

Richard was the quickest to respond for an estimate and promptly showed up to work on the day I requested. Richard and John got to work cutting down plants, removing plants from trellises and tomato cages, pulling up stakes, raking and hauling off a full trailer load of old plants. They completed an enormous amount of work in a timely manner and were so pleasant to talk to, I found myself out there working with them off and on. I highly recomend them and will use them again if needed.Cutting down
Description of Work: Cutting down a huge spent garden and hauling all dead plant material off. Pulling up stakes, tellises and many many tomato cages including cutting the ties and pulling plants from them.

+ -1 moreRichard and his crew were very prompt. They showed up when they said that they would and they completed the work beautifully. Our back yard was desperately in need of some help. We had been taken advantage of by another contractor last year, and thanks to that earlier work, our back yard was a disaster. We first hired Richard and his crew to do some hauling. After finding their work to be reasonably priced, we decided to get an estimate from them for our yard. We also got some estimates from four other landscapers. Richard's estimate was the most reasonable. But having a lower price is one thing. What about the quality of the work? Well Richard and his guys were amazing. They completed the job in one day and the yard has never looked better. We now have an entertainment area to be proud of as well as a fence to separate one area of the yard from the pool. We can't say enough about "Haul It All Sevices" and how exceptional they were to work with on this project. They not only hauled our garbage away, but they also did a beautiful job landscaping our yard. Thanks, Richard!
