AMAZING. Halbert's provides superior customer service, friendliness, and above all else, quality. The fit and finish of the cabinets that were built are second to none. They must hand select lumber to get the best grain patterns, seriously stunning. They have fantastic ideas on how to optimize space and function for day to day life. They were on time with the install and left my home cleaner than when they arrived. I cannot give enough praise.

Horribly! Was never provided written quote, just over the phone. Deposit was requested, but never received a receipt. Was given a firm install date approximately 6 weeks out. Was informed I would be contacted to provide additional information ('tight' measurements, facing profile) but was never contacted. Went to place of business to determine status and was told same firm install date, they would contact me, and was somewhat 'hustled' out the door. Returned a few weeks later with same result. Returned again with same result. Was never contacted for profile info. Called the business on supposed date of install. Was told my job should never have been accepted. Went to business to determine status of order. Finally convinced someone to come to my home and take tight measurements and get profile info. Was told installation would happen one week later (a week after original install date). Was told it would be fine if I did not use their services in the future. Installed drawers had to be taken back three times for proper fit. When finally installed, top drawer face had obvious flaw on top edge, but by this time I was not willing to deal with them again. Went to pay remainder of bill in person to ask what the problem was with my order. Was treated very rudely. As I was leaving, receptionist and owner were laughing at me. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. They may have provided good product and customer service in the past, but they certainly do not do so now.

Halbert is an outstanding company. They did excellent work. When they installed the product, we discovered a few small problems such as nicks in the wood or hinges not perfectly installed, but they corrected those immediately. We are extremely satisfied with the project. This company really understands customer service. They will work with you as much as necessary to make sure you have what you want. No detail is too small for them to address. They are very reliable. We would use them again without question if we needed additional cabinets.

Halbert Custom Cabinets were the stars of the whole renovation project. Master cabinetry, attention to detail, and perfect customer service.

We started with Halbert (Mike and Susan) immediatedly after the house plans were prepared. Our meeting were cordual and professional, no matter when we droped in on them. Their suggestions added to the beauty and practical usability of the cabinets. They made suggestions which were valuable to our final enjoyment of the cabinets. We have been using the cabinets for more than 6 months without any problems. We would use them again!!

Great! They care about the finished product and do a very professional job. They were the best company that worked on our addition of the office/study. I'd use them again in a heart beat!

They make personal cabinets to order, in any kind of wood you want stain it in any color you want. Last time for two rooms he completely recovered brick fireplace and surrounded it with granite and it is just fabulous. The people who work with them are A One.
